Love Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Conyers

Came here and was excited to try this place. Young lady at window was nice however i believe she played me and that is not cool at all. So i drive up and i said hello whats good here this my first time. She said hello politely with a smile and said hold on let me get you a sample. I said how is the sausage egg and cheese kolaches she said they are good but we are out of them and that they only have the boudin left. I asked what is all in there and she explained rice, sausage, etc and that it was from Louisiana i said okay cool let me try it. So why my total came up to 5.62 I said hold on why its 5.62 if the menu say the boudin is 2.99 she looks at me and smile and shaked her head no. So either she charged me for the what supposed to be a free sample which i did not ask for or she tipped her own self. The menu online says 2.99 as well as the menu displayed at the window. So yea they thats why i gave a 4star but watch the menu prices and the person at the window. I was talking to a light skin young lady with a gap to be exact next time i come by or if its a next time you all will not rob me of my money and don’t be offering no free stuff if it aint free. Guarantee it wont happen again because you all are going to have to honor thoses prices on that menu. Thats false...

Stumbled upon this beautiful donut shop while visiting family in Covington, Georgia. This location used to be my favorite ice cream spot when in the area, so this new business was a surprise. I'm so glad I stopped in. The service was exceptional, everyone was very friendly. The person helping me ask if it was my first time and I said yes, he quickly offered a free donut, and OMG, it was delicious. It literally melted in my mouth. Then, I was ready to order, but there were so many options I couldn't choose. So I went for a full dozen. Because I went with the specialty donuts , it was $20 for the dozen, and it was so well worth it. I got the cinnamon roll, blueberry, chocolate chocolate, red velvet, apple fritter, and a few others. When I opened the box, my family went absolutely bonkers for these donuts. We all sampled pieces of each donut, and they just kept getting better and better, one after another. The sour cream donut was my favorite, but I think everyone else was enjoying the cinnamon rolls. The coffee was pretty good, too. I hope that when I return to Covington, this shop is still around. Love Donuts & Coffee absolutely deserves all the hype! I stopped by this morning and everything was on point. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was cooked perfectly fluffy biscuit, crispy bacon, and just the right amount of flavor. I also tried a variety of their doughnuts, and each one was soft, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they make.

My iced coffee was also excellent—smooth, refreshing, and made exactly the way I asked for it.

But what really stood out was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to answer questions, made great suggestions, and genuinely made the visit feel personal. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again.
