This is the second time in a week..thought I would give them one more try.Went to get lunch on my way to my next patient Friday. Ordered my food at 1224. Keep watching other food going out..especially to the to go window. The blonde headed woman was just clearing off orders and looking back toward the dining room. Now aive worked in restaurants for years and I know when you have a screen for an order and its flashing red..you get the order done and out. She just deleted it and others and not sending food out. They skipped from order 47 to 52. At 1245 I went up and asked to get my money back cause I had to get on the road and no food. Didnt want to give me my money back. Wanted to know what my number was..told her. Offered me my food and take it with me . Sorry I've been waiting over 20 mins for a whopper jr and fries. No....finally gave me my money back and charged for my small drink. No sorry I passed over your order..along with some others...or that you cant eat while you have time. Very poor running restaurant. Need to get another manager. I'll go the extra 8 mins out of my way to the one on Jefferson from here on out. Place is alot cleaner than on...
   Read moreI went by Burger King on the night of the 4th at 10:20pm after the fireworks show held locally. I had ordered on the app. for my family of 5. Get there and start through the drive thru. They come over the speaker and say we are out of whoppers and wooper Jr's. And about 2 more things but this was the primary part of my order. I asked what to do. The women said she would not process it through and the charge would be refunded. Behold 2 days later and the charge is no longer processing and has posted. So not only was I lied to about how the process would work but now I have had my money stolen by a multi billion dollar company. Which isn't hard when your taking money and not supplying product or service. Then when you go to call about this unfortunate event to try and resolve it, the number online that matches the number on you receipt is disconnected. Which leads us here to the review, that way when I go in they can look it up and hopefully sense the aggrevation that has stemmed from this occasion. The morning drive thru is extremely slow, but this is the second time I have waited for over 10 minutes to clear 4 cars in front of me, only to get to the window and be told they are out of biscuits. I arrived at 9 a.m. There were four cars in the drive thru. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. 12 minutes I sat in line until I got to the window and the lady said, "I'm sorry, we are out of biscuits, would you like croissants"? There is a small gas station about 1/2 mile further east and they have biscuits every morning, but somehow a nationwide franchise can't keep biscuits. It's not as if this place is busy.
