Dairy Queen Treat — Restaurant in Cooper City

If I could give it a zero star I would. My son loves the superman ice cream and gets it every time we go to Dairy Queen. We came to this location for the first time and ordered a scoop of superman ice cream. The lady working asked us if we have had it before and of course we answered yes because we always get that flavor. After two bites of his ice cream my son said that it tasted weird. I tried his ice cream and he was right. It tasted like some sort of chemical/cleaning detergent. When I asked her to exchange it for a soft serve she told me no. If I wanted soft serve I need to buy it along with the gross Superman ice cream flavor. Apparently the manager doesn’t allow for exchanges because it happens a lot! I guess we are not the only ones that think the ice cream tasted terrible. Even the lady working there agree that the ice cream is bad there and tried to warn us by asking if he had the flavor ice cream before. Bottom line avoid this dairy queen...

I bought a cake for my child's birthday. I asked the store representative what type of cake it was. He told me it was white and chocolate. Then I asked him, was the cake, cake and ice cream, or just ice cream. They told me it was cake and ice cream, then I saw a writing on it and it said It's all white, so I said, well, this is saying, all white. Does that mean there is no chocolate? They said, yeah, that's it, "but it's still cake and ice cream". And he said, yes. Do I need to explain that when we cut the cake it was all ice cream and the ice cream was horrible. It felt grainy. It wasn't smooth like regular ice cream. It was grainy like there was sand particles in it, not saying it was, just describing the texture. It was extremely disappointing. I've had two experiences with the same worker and they have been horrible. The Spanish girl with the blonde hair looks like she is there for punishment and how dare you not be pleased with her sub par service. First I had ordered extra toppings in my blizzard and there definitely wasn't so I said something after an agitated attitude she did it correctly. Tonight I ordered 2 chocolate with Heath blizzards and she made it with vanilla. I corrected her and she claims I said vanilla. Of course she would know I said that better than me, right?! Forget the fact that I never order vanilla but somehow tonight that slipped out of my mouth. She said she couldn't make it over and we had to pay again to get the correct order.
