It's located inside a shady looking gasoline station, which threw me off guard because that's not what Google maps stated. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought anything. Their system when you order tacos is strange. You order with the people who work for the taqueria, but you pay upfront with the cashier running the gasoline station. Then you have to walk back to the little corner to wait. The girls working for the taqueria were rude. It was a Hispanic mother and daughter duo, along with a Hispanic man that like to catcall. I didn't feel safe or welcomed, honestly, I felt like a peace of meat myself. It's too crowded, there's not a place to wait and they expect you to tip them. I paid too much for three tacos and a drink. My bill was nearly $20.00. I was more than surprised. I think they like to take advantage of the people living in Coppell, they assume everyone is rich or something. The tortilla had good flavor, but everything else was bland and unseasoned. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, don't waste your time. They should probably dedicate to just making tortillas. I would buy their tortillas, because that flavor is really hard to...
Read moreI've lived in Mexico City, Southern California, and now Houston (I've livedother places but they didn't have good Mexican food so they're not relevant in this review.) To this day, these tacos are the best tacos I have ever had. I dream about these tacos and their salsa verde. There were times in high school when I ordeded these tacos and ate them before school. I first tried them 12 years ago and I still love them. If I could have the recipe I would be the happiest person alive. The best thing to get here are the bistec (beef) tacos. The meat has so much flavor. I have NEVER had taco meat with this much flavor in it. I do have to complain about how much salsa and limes they give me. I love salsa and it may be a lot but I put one verde and a little bit of roja on each taco I have and they're a bit rude when I ask for more salsa. The also skimp on the limes and should give more. Years ago I asked if I could buy their salsa, but they...
Read moreDisappointed. Rude attitude. I've been getting food there off and on for a couple years. Food is good. But they do talk in Spanish amongst themselves while preparing it. I don't speak Spanish. My friend went in this morning to get us food and as soon as they turned around to start cooking, they were bad mouthing him and white people in general. I don't think I'm going to be getting food from them anymore. That sucks because I liked their street tacos. Why does this kind of thing have to go on? As a customer I always try to be polite and thankful. But I won't be visiting...
