Truckers, travelers, and hungry people, please note that this Taco Bell location may not be the best option for you.
It was lunchtime and I found myself in the middle of nowhere –Corcoran, California, when I spotted a Taco Bell, my favorite fast food restaurant. I decided to stop and order my favorite meal, the Crunchwrap Supreme. I began placing my order on the kiosk when I suddenly realized I needed to use the restroom urgently. I didn't think I could finish the order without having an accident, so I kindly asked the customer service representative behind the counter if I could use the restroom. I even explained to her that I was human, just like her, and that sometimes we have to go. However, she rudely demanded that I first make a purchase, and then walked away without taking my order. I had even explained that I intended to buy something, but I really needed to use the restroom immediately. Having worked in fast food for over three years myself, I never treated a customer this way.
Although I had planned to purchase a Crunchwrap and maybe some tacos, her lack of empathy made me reconsider. I ended up ordering the fastest item on the menu so that I could use the restroom and leave. It was frustrating because I really needed to go before placing my order. I wish she had been more understanding. This person lacked heart and compassion, and was clearly on a power trip. While I understand that there are policies in place, they should be applied depending on the situation. It's not like I was doing anything wrong or being rude. The good thing is I have never experienced anything like this at any other Taco...
Read moreBad experience I'm a vegetarian so everytime I go to a taco bell I say minus beef add beans everytime after I order an item Today's order in exact 2 freezes mix the strawberry and Baja blast 4 chalupas minus beef add beans A soft taco minus beef add beans A cheesy bean and rice burrito
As a vegetarian I make sure to either say minus beef or add beans or "the entire order is going to be veggie so minus beef add beans to everything" A cheesy bean and rice burrito doesn't have beef or any kind of meat Why would I be asked if I wanted to add beef to it if I took beef off everything else on the order Went back to let them know and they say the guy who took my order asked if I wanted to add beef to it I said beans when ordering as well They made a new one without any meat but it's everytime I come and order here there's always one or all items that have meat in them when I ask...
Read moreI came in at 9:00 pm, but I still expected good service. The cashier took my order properly (I had made a couple of adjustments). I watched the ladies on the line skimp on the ingredients. They put 4 tostadas, 2 chalupas, 2 burritos, and 1 taco in 1 bag. When I got home, I found 1 chalupaopen open and upside down on the bottom of the bag. I went back to the taco bell. They did remake the order, but it was with much complaining, grumbling, and blaming of everyone but themselves. No sorry. No let me fix that for you. Nothing. Won't go back...
