Swore I wouldn't go back to Subway due to my last experience. But heck, it's been months AND this was a different Subway location. Sandwich was made wrong under a misunderstanding. If it were made as ordered ONLINE. There would have been no problems. Manager did not only refuse any type of resolution or compromise but she was incredibly rude! See picture..... was ordered with green peppers and onions. This is what I received. Can't even give it to someone else. Nobody here sees that as appetizing.

I placed an order online for a turkey foot long on cheese bread, got my order home and it was on some kind of Italian bread with poppy seeds. I think they must be getting ready to move, because the outside is non inviting and the inside looks like it needs a lot of work with bad ceilings tiles showing leaks and some floor cleanliness issues. That said, the staff was awesome. They were courteous, fast, clean using new gloves regularly. The food was great and very fresh. I hope the cosmetics are remedied, because this was a good stop.

I placed an order online for a turkey foot long on cheese bread, got my order home and it was on some kind of Italian bread with poppy seeds. Update: 6-26-2024 I will not be going back to this subway again. I took the time to take my co-workers orders for lunch. When I arrived at subway to place the order I was told they honor subway coupons. Lie. I started to place my order they said that coupon excluded the sandwich I ordered. After pointing out that it did not. They asked to see the coupon. They said hmm, all the others do. I replied yes, the others do, but this one doesn't. She then said I'm not going take it for the sandwich you ordered. Which I would have been paying full price for that sandwich anyway. The cheeper sandwich would have been the free one. So this subway is a no go for me...

If I could give this place a negative 50 I would. Go in a week or so ago to get a Flatbread sandwich and it was so hard you couldn't even bite into it. Had to throw it away . So tonight I think okay a salad surely they can't mess up a salad. Boy was I wrong ! Most pitiful excuse for a salad I have ever laid eyes on. Was suppose to be spinach only with veggies and was over half lettuce . About the size of maybe a third of a salad. And super gross. Folks save your money and just eat from the trash can. Surely it would taste better and be...
