Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Corinth

Lied to, had a reaction because of said lie and wrong order. Called to make sure they had raspberry vinegarette dressing for salad and the lady ensured me that they did. Husband ordered one of their sandwiches, me a Cobb salad and asked for the raspberry vinegarette, cheese bites also. Waited in a very long line just to try it. So my husband was given the wrong sandwich completely decides to eat it anyways and it didn't taste right to him. I have a lot of trouble eating so I put my dressing on my salad, in the dark in the car might I add. Try to grab a bite of the chicken which wasn't even cut. Trying to cut pretty much a whole breast of chicken in a cardboard container isn't easy so I ended up accially cutting holes in the box. Took my first bite and realized it wasn't the right dressing, it was a red wine vinegarette which is just advertised as a vinegarette and I can't have alcohol at any point, so my mouth and throat started burning and couldn't eat any of the food I had gotten for me. Tried to call back and they were too busy to do anything about it and didn't want to make things right. Told me I could go to Wendy's to get a raspberry vinegarette. Went in on a not so busy Thursday afternoon around 3pm wanting to try the new mr.beast box. The staff was friendly enough and the restaurant was clean. We "upgraded" the entire meal for which typically means the drink is a large and there's an extra helping of fries. The food came out pretty quickly and was hot. Our fries were not upside unless they give you about 6 fries to begin with. Overall the company seems to have changed a lot of things. The chicken fingers have shrunk to fit into the palm of your hand and the batter is on the salty side. The spiciest hot sauce they have is nuclear and it USED to make your mouth numb from how spicy it was but it's more like a wimpy sauce with extra pepper in it. They got rid of the marinara sauce some time back and it was preferably better with the cheddar bites than the ranch. Overall tye company has made some decisions for the worst. Visited local Corinth Zaxbys this evening. I placed my order online and chose drive through for pick up. When I got to the drive thru speaker, a young gentleman asked and I replied I had an online order and gave my name. He said “we got ya, pull around to the window please”. When I got to the window, an older woman wearing a hat and glasses opened the window and said “Can I help you?” I said “I’m the online order for my name”. She responded with “well usually we’d have it ready for you if you would’ve actually stopped at that little box up there” I replied with “I did stop at that box, and was told to come to window….” She said “oh well I didn’t know” and then turned to someone else to get my order (which was wrong and I had to return). I understand having multiple people working one area can get confusing but in no way should I have ever been spoken to like I was ignorant in the process of coming through...
