Krystal — Restaurant in Corinth

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever by the cashier/drive thru person. First they were ignoring me when taking my order then when they finally decided to listen did not want to give me my total so a man took over and just said come to the window. Still no total. Decided this didn't sound right since half the menu is missing from the store anyways because the sign is broken, so I decided I wanted to place the order on the app instead. Did so and came to the window, this gave me a total, and provided them the order, the lady said "come back in 16 when your order says it should be ready" there was no cars in front of me or behind me. They had nobody. So i said okay...even tho they were not busy at all. She said this with the most hateful voice she had full attitude. When i contacted to just cancel the order because it was obvious they did not want us there, the manager was heard telling the lady "you really said come back in 16?!" He did not sound happy with her which i understand then he said we couldn't cancel the order by phone we had to call the app we placed it through which was Krystal's which told us to contact the store. We decided to go to the store again but this time the cashier AGAIN with full attitude said "your order is cancelled we have nothing for you" the moment she heard our voices, we explained we had just been told to come back to cancel but she said it was cancelled and stopped talking all together. Absolutely horrible horrible service...

We did not enjoy the food nor the environment we had to eat in. There was a strange unpleasant smell in there. The floor was a mess and we could only find one table that was acceptable to eat at. There was one table that had a drink spilled all over it. The staff walked by it and didn't even give it a 2nd glance or the mess on the floor. The food was sub par. I would hate to think what condition the restrooms were in.... I have noticed a lot of people complain about the same stuff i.e. the smell, cleanliness, staff and quality of food and get a standard response of "that's not what they strive for" but yet there's no improvements to any of the complaints. It's easy to type anything you want but actually doing something to improve the conditions is another. I wonder how many people got sick after eating there. It's a...

So I stupidly gave you another chance Krystal(owner). Was passing through Corinth last night and wanted a snack at 10:30. Saw the sign saying open 'til mid-night. I ordered something exotic: the #1 combo, no cheese. I'm informed they are short one hamburger and they they said they'd substitute a cheese. She gives me my drink and indicates to pull over next to two other waiting cars. After 10 minutes the orders come out. It's not a cheese, it's a chik! So with 1. 5 hours until close, I can't get 4 Krystles? The ones I get are poorly prepared. The chik is awful. The fries are cold. Please don't insult me telling all and sundry you're going to improve. You had a year...to become worse. Krystle is part of my childhood. If the craving hits in Corinth? Never, never again. Silly to run and ruin a historic...
