pharmacy is awful. had a prescription sent in at 10am, called 6 times trying to check on it and their system kept telling me they didn’t have it, verified with the doctors office and called back and still didn’t have it. spent 20 minutes on hold without ever speaking to someone, tried to call back again by 5pm!! 5pm guys!! and STILL it says they don’t have it and AGAIN i sit on hold for 20 minutes before it abruptly ends the call, call back it tells me i have 3 people ahead of me. hang up, try to use the online system, and then had to spend another 10 minutes on a call verifying my account just for it to not verify all because the two text options it gave were not my phone number i had listed on the account!!! one was my moms old number from 7 years ago and the other i don’t even recognize!! do better walgreens!! this is the worst customer service experience ive ever had with...
Read moreWe went into this Walgreens to use the Fed Ex center. One of the managers came up to us and asked if we were there to drop off for Fed Ex. When we told her yes and that we needed to print labels she told us that they couldn't do that there, even though the website says they can, because they no longer had a password for their account. She then told me to go to the main Fed Ex center. When I told her that I didn't know where that was she said "well you should google it.". The staff at this store was so rude and unwilling to even talk to us. What happened to customer service? Why would you not be nice so that people would want to return to you store for other services? Can you ask your pharmacy clerk if she/he thinks it is Terrible for amputee customer, that can not drive, that needs his insulin and the prescription called in three days early plenty of time for the pharmacy to get a 30 day supply & every month they tell him, we only have part of your prescription, you will have to come back in two days, then get there another two or three days, & then arrive & they tell him that will be 45 to an hour b4 it will be ready for him to pick up.
