Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Corning

I came threw the drive threw a few days ago! I ordered a meal, taco box and 2 drinks. I waited over 30 minutes for my food when I got to the window they didn’t have normal fries ready and asked if I would take curly instead so I said yes because I really didn’t want to wait any longer at all! Well when they handed out the drinks there was only 2 so I told them my sprit was missing I told them 2 times at the speaker then they go on to tell me that ohh it wasn’t on the receipt and I didn’t pay for it so if I wanted it I would have to pay! Well it should have been on there I asked so many time! They argued with me it was their fault I would have been happy to pay but the fact they gave me attitude when I was being nice about it I had already been there for 40 mins at that point they tried to tell me it was 15 minutes but I checked time that I got to the ordering minute! Note I have worked in fast food! So after arguing with them I just returned it all super poor service wait time way to long and correct orders you can forget that! I hope this gets to them maybe some one will change...

Started out nice, with a semi friendly clerk... ordered our food, waited for 15 minutes & started to get a little concerned the 3 orders before were out about 10 minutes ago. At 18 minutes in I went to check to see what was going on... maybe they accidentally deleted our order... an older woman greeted me. I advised its been 18 minutes, is our .... I wasn't able to finished, she asked what I ordered, I told her. She said 'it's ONLY been 17 minutes! We are short staffed! ' in a very hateful tone. So I went & sat down. (3 people came in after me and 2 of them had gotten their food which she upsized their fries due to their 5 minute wait. Which i hadn't even thought of as we got hashbrowns lol... I just wanted my food). As soon as I sat down She called me up to get our order. It was cold! Decided we had waited long enough so didn't say anything about it. As we were eating we could hear her and the staff making snide remarks about expecting our food right away and how they are so busy and short staffed! Etc. Thought she was old enough to know better than...

I'm a door dasher and these last two times I hade my kids with me and I have to say the two lady's that work here are very rude I hade came inside to pick up an order and while waiting for the order the younger lady I have to say was very rude and snappy very disrespectful usually I have no problem except for these last two times I hope they can fix this issue with there staff because this is no way to treat people I get it fast food places don't like door dashers because they don't like to go out of there way but after these Experience of there rudeness I'm gonna have to say it's a 1 star my oldest daughter who was with me even asked me mom why was the lady treating you bad and I hade to explain to my daughter some people might be having a bad day and don't know how to act to others but it doesn't give people the right to take there stress out on others hopefully this place can correct this issue other thin that like I said I've never had this...
