Ordered my drink on the app. Everything functioned as it should on the app and the screen at the location. I waited patiently and waited and waited and waited until about 15 minutes had passed. Finally it comes across the screen that my order was ready and on its way. My order was a fountain drink. No special item.
Another five minutes pass. Other folks are getting their items who ordered long after I did. I finally pushed the button and inquired. They had no clue what I was talking about. Im like its an app order showed up on the screen out here. Said ----- was on their way with it. No clue. Asked what I had. And then said sorry about that. Mind you they were not busy. Then the girl got her so called manager and she told me rudley I had to use the app for a refund which it doesn't show you or tell you anywhere how to do. So I asked for a large cherry slush with nerds which isn't anywhere near the price of my ice cream blast I ordered. This is the second time in a week I've tried to get ice cream amd haven't gotten what I've ordered so I get a slush. I'm a manager myself at McDonald's and this is uncalled for, someone needs to teach them how to handle situations like this better and fix the refund thing on the app or issue one in person. Last week I ordered 2 drinks and after waiting 16 minutes I had to call the phone number to the inside and ask them what is going on. We were the only customer in the parking lot. 5 mins later they came out. Today I ordered the Unicorn slush and 2 meals. They girl brought the food and drinks and no slush and just walked off. I had to call her back so I could ask where my slush is... she responded to call the number.. our slush machine is broke... and walked off. Got home and both drinks were wrong and so we had to go back to Sonic to get that corrected. I asked for manager and she said to call number too. She fixed drinks but by now the food is cold. She said the original car hop was " in a mood " ...
