Taco Bell in Corning, Ar. Refuses to remake or refund order after we found hair in our tacos.
While eating our Taco Bell tacos tonight my fiance bit into hair in one of the new double layer tacos. Nasty as it is to find hair in your food we stopped eating leaving most of the tacos wrapped up. I immediately called the taco Bell located in Corning, Ar. to have this resolved the girl on the phone informed me "that if I bring it back they would remake it however all of the employees were wearing hair nets and hats". When I arrived at the store with my order to be remade I showed the lady at the front counter the taco that the hair was found in (hair included that is after he had to pull it out of his mouth) my bag was taken to the back office and then returned to me at the counter and a new employee told me that the "area" manager said all they can do is refund one single taco or remake one single taco. I asked to speak with the specific manager who made this decision, after explaining that I can not take food that we have already found hair in home and try to feed this to my children, she proceeded to shove the bag across the countertop at me and tells me that "you can take it and don't come back!" At this point I intended to call corporate however my receipt was not there so asked for it to be returned to me and had to do so many time (as most people would be at this point I was quite upset) and then a random employee who came from the drive thru window pulls my receipt out of his pants pocket and tells me to leave again.
Never in my life have I been banned from anywhere much less for simply asking for what I paid for an edible meal for my family. The management at this location is a complete joke to even attempt to call this...

Otherwise, I recomend staying away from this place. When I got there I was on a long road trip and I was the only customer in the drive through (and presumably the whole lot). It took them several minutes to get to me and when they did they were less than courteous. I felt as though I was an unwanted transaction. Upon receiving my food it was cold, which just made the entire experience that much more irksome. When I went back and requested warm food, I was told I would have to purchase another meal and ask then. The audacity of that statement alone was infuriating. One of the jobs I've worked in the past was as an assistant GM for a fast food chain. I avoid calling corporate at all costs - I know what the job is like and I know how corporate calls effect a store. I made an exception that day. I've held off updating this review because I disdain the entire situation involved with it. However, I feel it's important that potential customers know what they are stepping into.
Who knows, maybe my situation/experience was unique. What I do know is that it happened and next time I take this trip, I'll drive a little further to avoid...
Read moreThis is a very easy location to get into and back out onto the road. The inside is not to big, but seems like most hit the drive thru. Food is normally a plus at this location, good portion size and not forgetting the tomatoes, lol... But last time we went it was the drive thru staff that was not good... At all..I wish that they would not just hire someone that is a family member... Reason is she kept saying.. My cuz.. Very rude.. Didn't want to repeat the order to make sure she had it all.. Just said..yaaa.. Really wish that the people that were there before didn't leave..😔 food was not that good, had to tell them again at the window to make sure to double check because food was missing, they took bag back said they added the missing items gave it back to us and it still was missing the salad....wt. Heck??? Taco Bell. .. You need...
