Clay County Connect — Local services in Corning

Didn’t pay the bill for a month because I was out of town and when i got back I went to pay it for the next month but they wanted to charge me for the previous month even tho they shut the internet off. Also it’s due on the 16th ever month no matter what. If you pay on the 15th thinking you’ll have it for a month they’ll shut it off the next day and say that was for last month. Also I didn’t sign the 24 month contract I pay the extra $10 a month not to be...

Had a little trouble with my wifi so I called and the feature that I was having trouble with the man said there routers don't have that feature . We'll if they don't have that feather why is there a button on the router that's light up and you can push the button to activate a new boost or extender. Rude man for sure. Tried to talk over me, didn't want to listen to me at all and then lied to me....

Best internet provider for the area!Our other service provider (CenturyLink, then Brightspeed) had terrible service that went out all the time, and it would take them anywhere from half a day to a whole day to get it back on. Have had zero problems since making the switch to Clay County Connect! Can not recommend...
