Starbucks — Restaurant in Corning

Rude service and bad coffee this morning!! I called to complain about feeling targeted by an employee asked for a manager.. she let me tell her the issue said she would report it and then when i asked the employees name she said oh it was her, and her name was Kathy..... SO a a manager was abusing me AND then was not going to report the complaint AND was not going to tell me she was the employee in question. Or is everyone working there just a liar, and they're giving me the run around. Though it wouldn't be a big suprise if some 19 year old catty little girl is ABUSING a management position. I messeged Corporate and I will pursue until I get a formal apology. I know youre young hunny but don't abuse your customers and expect nothing to happen, have some integrity and pride in what you're doing. You get an F+ Corning Starbucks theres better coffee...

So, I'm in line, drive through, truck in front took 5 min. My turn, 1 need moca hot, waiting , see a coffee in counter by window, us that mine? Continued waiting, 4 min 5 min, finally the girl picks up coffee that was sitting by window in cold windy day, saying your coffee is ready, in mean Time a lady , a customer is banging on counter saying loudly, I don't have all day I'm on lunch break, when the employee hand me my coffee it is ice cold, and a small not med, ask her to warm it up, they decided to make a new one, a med this time, thus one didn't have any whio cream, that I made sure to ask for, it also took another 3 min, so decided not to send it back, price to pay, to realize I would never go back to the famous " starbucks" HUH and the...

Absolutely horrific service just now. My child had to use the restroom while we were waiting for our food and drinks we ordered at the drive through window. The woman working the pick up window said she would not allow us into the store because they did not have enough people working to open up the bathroom. I asked her what the ratio of employee to customer is and she only replied “thank you have a nice day”. I asked several times to which I got this same response. I then asked for her name and she said “have a nice day”. Another woman brought us our drinks and ignored us completely. While waiting for our items we ordered, I saw and counted 5 employees working inside. Absolutely...
