Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cornish

Every Sunday morning I head to Dunks in Cornish to get 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, 1 with extra bacon and 2 coffees. Order seems simple enough. Well, every week they would somehow miss the extra bacon and I would have to go into the store to have the order corrected, which they would do. After several weeks of this Sunday morn ritual, I was once again walking into the store to get what I ordered and overheard “here he comes again”. So I bit my tongue ( which was very difficult) and decided it was best to change our Sunday morn routine. Two months later I decided to give our old routine another try. Guess what happened, once again my order of 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwich’s one with extra bacon had a combined total of 5 half slices of bacon, the equivalent of one normal sandwich plus a half slice. I should have known better and checked the order like I usually do, but was in a hurry to get back home. Maybe my order is difficult one , or maybe it’s done on purpose because I’ve gone back in so many, many, many times to get what I ordered, I don’t know. What I do know is that the service could not get any worse. I’ve only had this issue on Sunday and an occasional Monday mornings. We get the same order once in a while in the early evening and have never once had...

3rd time in a row I’ve gotten a bagel and it was disgusting. Today it was completely burnt black and cold, it was as hard as a brick and looked like it was cooked the night before and the cream cheese was sloppily put on and appeared to be starting to curdle…that is disgusting. No one is gonna eat that. 90% of the energy punches are filled with nothing but syrup and ice or have no syrup whatsoever. And that’s just the start.

I don’t know how this place is still allowed to be open. A very select few of the staff are nice and do their job well enough, but most stand there looking at your unfinished order, talking to their “coworker” for 10 minutes, only to slap a brick of old cream cheese between to slices of cold burnt bread and call it good.

Terrible!!! In addition to coffee, I ordered the oatmeal that is listed on the menu. The cashier had to have help to figure out how to ring up oatmeal, so I could tell it wasn't ordered often. After waiting over 5 minutes someone came over and said "I don't have any oatmeal, you want something else?" I asked if that meant I had to find something else at the same price. She responded "you want something else?" I told her I wanted my money back, and she reached in her pocket and gave me 2 dollar bills. I asked if there wasn't any tax, and she said she'd have to do a full refund. I took the $2 and left as she made it clear a real refund would be a major imposition. ...
