Sofia's Pizza & Roast Beef — Restaurant in Cornish

I went to Sofia's 8/20/19 and got a large mushroom with extra cheese, bacon on half the pizza. I was told it would take 15-20 minutes. I was 25 minutes away so this was good timing for me. I pulled up at the drive thru and was told my pizza wasn't ready yet. The employees were talking like the pizza hadn't been made or made improperly. Regardless, they had me pull out front, to wait for someone to bring the pizza to my car. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes. When I got home and saw the pizza I couldn't believe it. The pizza was cold (needed to be reheated), a bunch of mushrooms had been put on the pizza, half had been topped with bacon, and barely any cheese to be found. When we finally sat down to eat the pizza, all of the toppings toppled off because the pizza was a once cooked cheese pizza re-topped and twice baked with mushrooms and bacon. One of my dinner guest ruined her top because the pizza toppings toppled off her pizza (no cheese to hold the toppings on) and onto her top.

I love Sofia's...........spend about $50.00 a week there. I WILL NOT BE EATING THERE AGAIN!! Sofia's consistency has been suffering lately but nothing like this pizza. I could probably overlook this pizza incident too BUT the person that took my money, told my pizza was almost ready, and then brought me the wreck of a pizza was (I believe) an owner.

So when the owner doesn't care and lies to the consumer......What is the consumer to do???

I'm taking my money elsewhere and telling everyone I know not to spend their money at Sofia's. I would rather go somewhere and spend my money on "WHAT I WANT." Instead of someone giving me something they wouldn't want for himself...

Horrible customer service. Was quoted 25 minutes show up after the 25 minutes paid for my food and was told to drive around the building to the pick up window again as my order wasn't ready yet. Get to the window for the second time and was told my order was never put in and that I needed to pull up and wait. Then was asked if I would like a refund I said sure was given a refund then was told my order was canceled and I wouldn't receive my food. After waiting well passed the time I was quoted I obviously still wanted my food and was never told my order would be canceled if receiving a refund. I was then asked to pay at least half to receive my food. I understand they were busy that's no problem but the customer service I received was just appalling. The two young ladies were very respectful and then the next two older folks who I'm assuming manage the place were extremely disrespectful and did not handle things in a professional manner. Go to Sacopee House of Pizza they aren't rude over there! For a $30 order they should have just comped the bill for the mishap and carried on. My Son ordered my dinner from Sophia's..I was early showing up and the staff and I had an opportunity to chat while my order was being cooked. I shared my husband's cancer story with a woman who worked in the kitchen. She was so kind and shared stories with me as well. The phone never stopped ringing. I watched the staff as they prepared other people's orders...they wiped their knives off every time they used it ( I've never witnessed any other kitchen do this) they offered gluten free foods as well (very impressed) while chatting and waiting, a few other customers showed up...one couple travel from New Hampshire just to eat Sophia's food!! The staff are amazing!! The food is excellent!! I highly recommend Sophia's, I've never felt so welcomed, and I'm going to be honest here...they made me feel loved ❤️ they truly made me feel like I've known them forever ❤️ I don't just recommend their food, I recommend them for the atmosphere, the love you feel here really makes you feel like you're FAMILY.
