Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Corona

Very poor service. Very rude manager and staff. I came and spent almost $20 for food (which isnt cheap for a burger). I asked the manager how many raches come with zuchinis and he said at first 2 and then back tracked to only 1 ranch. He rather loose product that was cooked and throw away cups instead of supply efficient amount of ranch for 4 zuchinis. No other Farmer Boys does 1 ranch. Its usually 2. Their excuse its a "franchise". The manager was beyond rude and does not care even about covid accepting food that was already given out the drive through window back into his restaurant. His employees laugh at the situation and if there is ever a problem, I gaurentee this management wont care. $20 thrown away for his product and a bad review vs 2 ranches! Now thats laughable due to lack of wisdom and to much pride mixed with rudeness and swindling expensive prices on his customers for a small ranch knowing that NO ONE eats 4 giant zuchinnis with that amount (hence WHY all the other ones provide 2)... Oh well. His loss another...

Lady's at the cash register made a huge fuss over some ranch, I got a burger to go and started to eat inside my work van when I realized I forgot to get ranch, (it's been a while since I had Farmer Boys) so I went back inside but there was a different lady from the one that helped me and I explained I was just here and forgot to get ranch, she then started talking to someone else and the lady that helped me earlier came by and asked for the receipt, I told her I left it in the van and I can go get it but then she said it's ok but tried to charge me for the ranch, I didn't care anymore and just wanted my ranch, I was gonna pay the 50 cents for the ranch (which other Farmers Boys give me 2 free ranches all the time) but she couldn't do it on card apparently, and I had no cash. In the end I asked "so am I not gonna get my ranch?" and they gave me a ranch. A whole 5-10 min. Just for a little thing...

Very rude service, the older white gentleman was definitely on a rampage today... he is angry that people are parking there big trucks in literally an empty lot, he must not know his hamburger spot is surrounded by a dirt lot, I will never spend any of my hard earned money hear anymore..... anyone from a surrounding business please stay away from this rude man, all his employees looked at me scared, so sad that this man can’t control his anger, I would hate working for him.... when he is not around everything is awesome, when he comes around his employees are walking with there head down, so sad to see the baby boomer generation to try and mess it up for us.... anyone reading this and you are trying to enjoy some lunch I wager you not to..... this man doesn’t deserve any hard earned money from our pockets...... #freewill...
