These 5 stars are SPECIFICALLY for EMILY. Since we've moved here Emily has performed immaculate and stealthy fast service in the drive-thru. I literally love when I get serviced by her because I know I'm going to be there and out as fast as possible. She works very quickly and somebody needs to give her a raise because she is the fastest worker I've ever seen willingly dedicated the food industry, A DRIVE THRU AT THAT! Come on. We all know what pains in the asses we can all be when it comes to food, and how impatient we get in the drive thru (just being real). Emily, I hope you never leave as long as I'm in the area, but I also wish way better (and the best) for you, because you deserve top pay with the way you dedicate yourself to your work, and that speed and dedication is going to take you far. Read moreI finally tried this Jack-in-the-Box again, and the blonde girl with glasses at the drive-through on October 10, apparently didn’t understand when I asked for my order to be made a combo so she charged me for an additional drink on top of my combo, I wasn’t bent out of shape about it. She could’ve clarified it on the microphone, but when I told her about the issue, she had a little fit and jumped on the headset with the next person and just ignore after huffing and puffing, then a nice Latina lady. Listen to what I was saying and gave me my change back. Read moreThe late night drive thru worker was pleasant until I pulled back around and asked her to replace my curly fries because they were so old, they were unedible. She got an attitude and said that she made them when I ordered them and that I should have picked up my mobile order on time. First of all, I use to be a shift lead at Jack in the Box so I am very aware of how long a curly fry has been sitting out in order to obtain the type of texture mine had.
