My husband and I could not be more pleased with the results of our bathroom remodel! We had 2 bathrooms that both needed to be fully redone. Both bathrooms were awful, ugly, 1978 original bathrooms. We met Mode Renovation at a home show and were impressed by their professionalism and took a chance and scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Jennifer came to our home and spent so much time with us, taking measurements and making recommendations. She answered all of our questions and we ended up signing the contract that day to do full remodels on our two bathrooms. Drew and Mark followed up with us over the next few weeks to confirm our choices and to make sure we were fully satisfied. Both were excellent at helping us make the final decisions in our bathroom designs. Then came the true stars of the show, the two man crew that came to our home and made the magic happen. Will and Chewy spent two weeks with us and did all of the work. These two guys are amazing and so skilled at what they do! They were on time every day, were so professional, were so careful to make sure to protect my floors and cover the furniture in my primary bedroom, and cleaned up everyday before they left. These guys worked hard and are very skilled at what they do. They delivered two amazing bathrooms in just two weeks! They communicated with me through the whole process and were so patient with me and answered all of my crazy questions. Will and Chewy (Jesus) really delivered what we were promised and in the time frame we were told. I still can't believe they did this in just two weeks!! My wife and I have needed to upgrade our shower in our master bathroom for quite awhile, and we finally bit the bullet and looked into renovating the shower with MODE Renovation. We had 90's era tub, shower, and bath fixtures in our townhome and we were looking to modernize by eliminating the tub, and installing just a shower with much newer fixtures. Our sales rep was friendly and informative. He described the process in full and set realistic timeline expectations, stating it would take 6-8 weeks for the materials to come in, and then 1-2 days for installation. He was spot on. It took 8 weeks for the materials to come in, and then we were scheduled for the shower installation immediately thereafter. Carlos and Maribel were our installers and they did a tremendous job. They were punctual, clean, tidy, neat, and professional. They laid drop cloths throughout the traffic area and covered everything in plastic. At the end of day 1 of installation, they cleaned everything up to the point where, even though it was a construction zone, it didn't have the look and feel of one. It was the cleanest construction zone I've seen. Day 2, they finished everything up, and let me know to give the shower a full 24 hours before using it. Very happy with the shower renovation, it's a new modern and very beautiful setup. The low profile helps seniors and people with disabilities to enter an exit with safety and simplicity. This modern shower improves on a handful of designs including the amount of space I now have in being able to move around as well as the simplicity of cleanup, with that addition of being able to configure it to my liking, some other additions are grab bars for entering/exiting and extra stability, a shower bench or seat that is low profile and strong that can be placed in multiple areas and does not affect the form or function of the shower in itself, extra shelving in the corners to store All of your shower products conveniently without sacrificing space to move about in the shower. The thick crystal clear safety glass doors slide on a barn style rail effortlessly with quiet stop bump technology "My favorite part of the build" Last but not least the new modern base with non-slip technology is the best I've ever felt, slip resistant but not harsh on my feet. It seems like the owner at mode renovations has thought about everything to make it the safest and most elegant shower you can buy.
