Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

If it wasn't for one of the workers there i would have gave this 2stars.first thing first ,they need update their speakerbox. The lady taking our order was extremely rude,we order two separate orders and yes i understand thats confusing sometimes but isnt hard. She kept saying our orders wrong making it difficult on all ends ,when we asked for her to split the order 2nd time she got mad and refused because it was "tomuch" to split up and she'd have to start again... we just played it in full because i have a fear of them spitting in our food due to retaliation,we payed she just tossed everything in one bag carelessly to where my boneless wing fell in the bag all hot the sauce got on everything,she gave us the "separate order" in a different bag but couldn't charge us separately? Then we waited for our 5drinks she started at us like if we're stupid and closed the window on us so we drove to front and couldn't our items... we could see her point at us and talking to her coworkers.. and before we could get off the car to ask for out drink she sends out this somewhat timid guy to ask if he can "helpus with anything " as if she was trying to not let us in the store.. we told him what happened he kept apologizing and brought our drinks we offered to pay full prize to get them upgraded. They refused 🤦‍♀️ never ever go to this...

Wrong order. Ordered a ten piece mixed got a ten piece dark. Rude employee. Second time this has happened. So I called. The person picked up. Asked if I may speak with a manager. Her answer was yeah go head. Are you the manager I asked. She said yes. Told her my story. As I finish she responded with just wait. Someone else picks up the phone. Hi I am the manager how may I help you. As I told the other manager. She quickly corrected me. I am the only manager here. So I repeated my story about my order being wrong you could hear an employee making comments. I will not repeat her comments but they were uncalled for. My order was replaced ,but with room temperature chicken. I checked for correct order in parking lot. Wow! So I took home and heated before serving to my family. If I could get church s chicken less than one I would. I am sadden my favorite place. Gives me this kind...

082120 Update Thank you ! Mr Huerta for giving me a call and listening to my concern and the change you will make to have us 3rd party pickup drivers pick up orders quicker and timely to deliver to our customers promptly. David T.

3rd party pick up orders such as Uber eats, Door Dash etc.should be able to pick up orders inside. We are having to go through the drive up and waiting in line while customers ahead of you are placing their orders and my order is sitting there ready to go. Popeyes allows you to go in and pick up your order inside. It's not fair to the customer that ordered online because they have paid fees to use an App for faster service. So managers if you could step up and change your game plan to have better and more efficient...
