Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

By far the worst customer experience I've ever witnessed. This was on May 24th, 1210 am, 2019. I was going to purchase tobacco and gas after using the restroom. With my bliss observation I didnt see any signs saying that the bathrooms were closed, nor did the employee inform me. I came out to greet the lady at the desk and she immediately dismissed me with no eye contact and literally "shoed" me away to leave as if I wasnt human. I asked why are you being rude? She said that there was a sign there, I explained that i didnt know and didnt mean to; without any compromise or respect she shoed me again as if I wasnt human. I'm 100% reporting this to management. No one should ever be treated like that. Although in honesty, I exchanged curse words with her, the sheer lack of empathy and cold response...

I'm completely giving up on this place. The first time one of my tacos were extremely oily and had more of the veggies than it did as the meat. Second time. I literally chipped the tooth biting into the taco. I mean safely assuming it was supposed to be a soft taco because of the flower tortilla but it's like I've been into a stale tortilla that was reused. I'm not even going to bother with these people anymore. I'm better off sticking...

The manager of this place is the nicest guy, very energetic quick to great and tries to teach his clerks how to treat people, which is not always an easy task. I watched him make a know theif leave the store and he did it in a way that was nice, polite. I told him, man you just kicked that guy out and made him like it. The manager at the i37 and waterstreet store, should be a trainer in customer service for the entire stripes...
