I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this Subway. This is the second time I have been to this location and had issues, both times with the drive-thru.
The first time I went, I tried to place my order through the touch screen, but the screen was difficult to use due to the glare and functionality. I ended up giving up and parking and going inside to place my order.
This time, I decided to try again to use the touch screen. I was able to place my order, but when I pulled up to the window, I was handed a sandwich that was not mine. I tried to tell the employee that this was not my order, but she shut the window in my face.
When I finally got her attention, I handed her the sandwich and explained that I had ordered a footlong BMT, not whatever wrap was in the bag she had handed me. She told me that I was wrong and that was my sandwich. I tried to explain again that I didn't think it was, as I had ordered a footlong and that clearly was not what was handed to me. She went back and forth with another worker before continuing to basically tell me I was wrong.
I gave up and left without the wrong sandwich or any food at all, resulting in a loss of money and overall frustration.
I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Subway location. The employees were rude and unhelpful, and the drive-thru is difficult to use. I will not be returning to this location.
I would like to request that Subway management take steps to improve the customer service at this location. The touch screen should be made easier to use, and the employees should be better trained to handle customer complaints.
I hope that my experience will be an isolated incident, and that other customers will not have to go through...
Read moreNope.. Never again. I went on my lunch break: none of the good breads were ready; only plain white (at lunchtime?).. They were also out of black olives. After a 15 minute wait in the drive through (half my lunch break,) despite only 1 other customer at the restaurant, she finished my sandwich and asked for payment. Was told my Discover card was declined (I'm using less than %5 of available credit). Was rudely told my debit was also declined (I have several $K in there.). Paid with cash. I confirmed afterwords that both cards are in good standing, the machine was down or she was just skimming the cards and not even running them. I'm getting more nervous the more I think about it.. The soda was vile and undrinkable. I managed a corner store; I recognize the foul taste of moldy fountain machine nozzles. Their machine is about a year from its last cleaning by the taste of it.. The nozzles are full of black slimy filth; I dumped it down the drain. The bread was dense, salty, and misshapen; not given enough time to bench rise before baking. The roast beef on the sandwich was funky and covered in some kind of black liquid which stained up the paper. The smell reminded me of my refinery days. To top it all off, it was expensive. Possibly the worst $12 I have ever spent. If you are thinking about eating here.. Don't do it! Lots of other choices nearby with decent food, clean equipment, fast drive-throughs, and competent...
Read moreVisited this location tonight for dinner, almost didn’t stop because all the lights were off outside of the restaurant including the open sign and the drive thru. Took a chance, door opened and I went inside. No one was behind the counter, waited for about 30secs to a minute and a young boy came from the back with his phone in his hands. No greeting just walked behind the microwave put his gloves on, took out his phone again and finally looked at me. I told him my order. He told me my total, that’s it. There was no ice in the ice machine so I asked for ice, he went to the back and filled about 1/4 of the cups with ice, still almost no communication. There was two other kids that came out from the back with phones in the hands as well, not one word. The lobby was dirty, which was also disappointing because you have three individuals with a lot of time on their hands and the place looked horrible. One other person came in while we ate, again almost no communication with him either. The place needs some leadership, someone who can guide the workers.
