I went through the drive-thru about 9:45 p.m. close to 10 when the 10 manager came on duty the prior shift left her with a full drive-thru and people in the dining room she came in and within five minutes had everything taken care of sorry to say but the shift before her needs to be talked to they did nothing I sat at the drive-thru window for almost 10 minutes was never acknowledged until the relief manager came in and Jacob was the prior shift manager I don't know the name of the girl that relieved him but she needs to be recognized for all the work that she does because she got those orders out quick and she's always nice to her customers! I just think that something needs to be done about that you don't leave all those orders for your relieving manager as soon as she came in Jacob pulled his drawer and was getting ready to leave! I also went in earlier in the day and I find it ridiculous to have a little girl outside in the heat taking orders when there's not a car in the drive thru what is the menu board for I can understand if it's busy send someone out there they had no business and I don't believe she should have been out there in the heat with all the other employees we're inside joking around with the general manager while she's sweating away to know customers! I know this is a low-volume store but it should be ran just a tad bit better and I really want that graveyard manager to be recognized for what she does because she works hard! Read moreFirst I have to say I enjoy Whataburger's burger. However last night the service was slow, the order missing six items( wb Jr. , Sliced jalapenos, whole jalapeno, a LG. Milk shake, a slice of cheese, a med. milk shake), plus I get up again to get new cup for milkshake that had a small leak. I finally start eating what I have been waiting for , a hot burger. Wrong hot grilled on a ice cold meat Patty. Now to top it off the doors were wedged open. Why you ask. It was super smoky inside boys were coughing as was I. We just left. If this would my first time I would never go back. However I know management has dropped the ball on that day. That is the day mangement needs to do table touching. Even at a fast food place.
