Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Corsicana

Came in too order food. The drive thru line was super long and with it being Christmas Eve I can understand why. But that's not even what I COMPLETELY DISLIKED about the service. Before ordering food I went too the rest room and the women's bathroom smelled really bad and had tolite paper ALL over the bath room stall. I went too the front counter too order food and ended up standing there for 30 mins waiting on someone too take my order even though there were 6 or 7 employees working. After waiting for 30 mins for someone too take my order the cashier finally come too take my order. I ordered my food asked for mayo on the way on one burger and no tomatoes and ended up with ketchup and mayo with tomatoes on that. ordered sausage and cheese busy with no egg and ended up with egg and no cheese I ordered 4 drinks and she only handed me 2 cups too start off with then ordered ONE ultimate cheese burger and two large curly fries and she charged me for two. This is DIFFENTLY NOT the kind of coustmer service that I call good coustmer service. I have worked in fast food and I understand that on nights like tonight that they get busy but NO MATTER WHAT you should ALWAYS have great coustmer service!!!! IGNORE THIS LOCATION!!! First off no one greeted us at the drive through line we had to say "hello" 3 times before we got someone to help us and when they finally say something we could not hear them!! Also, while placing our order they were getting everything wrong, so we decided to just pull up to the window. When we pulled up they seemed very put out by us. We started going through the order and THEY STILL WERE DOING IT WRONG and when we asked what salad dressing they have they literally said BBQ sauce, sweet and sour sauce and ranch.... so we said salad dressing not dipping sauce, the girl got an attitude with us and said that is what they have (by the way who puts BBQ sauce on a grilled chicken salad??) After that we just left because we felt that they didn't want to work and we were putting them out. So we drove up the street to Whataburger where they didn't have any issues with our order and gave them our money. I really hope the owner takes a look at all these reviews and does something about there poor staff because they're not only losing customer but money. Like someone said in the review before mine it blows my mind that people that work and act that way feel like the deserve...

I went there before heading to work spent almost &18, all my tacos were burnt and very greasy. The soda was flat. I called because I was headed to work and couldn’t turn back around, so I called and no one answered. I made it work but my meal was not was expected being I’ve been to Jack in The Box before and my food was fine, the appearance of the tacos looked old and refried. I don’t want to risk a stomach virus from eating old food. So when going to this location check your bag before leaving and if the wrapper is soaked in grease please get a refund or asked for it to be made fresh. I didn’t know I had to ask for it to be fresh to get food that want cause me to be ill. Yea I want my money back so I can go somewhere I get fresh food like Whataburger.
