The Brass Hub Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Cosmopolis

This place was excellent. We were so excited I forgot to take pictures unfortunately, but it is decorated super cute for the holidays. We got there right when they opened at 8 AM so they did not have their pastries out, but the barista was very helpful explaining everything they had. We ordered a plain latte (biggest gripe is that their 20oz lattes only come with 2 shots standard) a white chocolate mocha, a gingerbread cinnamon roll, a gingerbread blondie bar, a gluten free peppermint whoopie pie, a cranberry white chocolate scone and a bacon and spinach roll (which was like a savory cinnamon roll). Our very favorite pastries were the bacon spinach roll (so crunchy, and had a ton of filling jammed in with crispy cheese on top). And the gingerbread blondie bar, oh my gosh was that thing good. The coffee was really good too, even though it was on the weak side (our own fault - we told us it was two shots we just didn't think to ask for more - but next time definitely). He also made us three pup cups, one with an extra bone on it for our Birthday girl flower. (Again, forgot to take pictures - ugh.) We absolutely will be back as it is the first decent bakery we have been to in the area. (Excluding out in Seabrook). They do not allow doggo's inside, but they have a walk up window that they use in the summer.

Yay! What a freaking gem...

Initially I think about getting my family the sweets but this is for me, my wife turned us on to this place. I typically adore taking my business to local owners. These folks make the best desserts, by far the best I have had. Husband's I'm telling you if you want to make a happy wife or even just to make her smile this is the place, wife's you too.. At first I thought to myself how awesome it was to have a pastry hook up but that ain't the case at all we all have a cake hook here in town. 5 star cause it's a true 5 not just cause they are nice or cool. Try the product you won't regret it. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake roll. Im trying to taste the whole menu but the cheesecake roll was time stopping and I normally don't even make noise when I eat. Had the pleasure of spotting the Brass Hub Coffee Bar while passing through Cosmopolis Wa., for the 1st time. And glad I did. The staff was friendly & efficient. My double-shot cappuccino, along with my wife’s chai latte were delicious. Thanks to our Barista. With several pastry options to mill over while looking into the pasty showcase. We decided to split a blueberry/lemon danish, which was delicious! In speaking to one of the co-owners. She mentioned they switch up their pastry selection options for their customers. Naming a cheesecake & almond danish as examples. Which I’d love to try someday. My wife & I will be in Hoquiam for a week next summer.
