walked in at 8:45 and they had already cleaned out all the food, set up the chairs, and were about to walk out. Any half professional business owner knows not to clean up until after the door shuts, otherwise what is is the point of business hours? Hong Kong Express are the purveyors of "cheap Chinese" food. They're certainly more in league with a Panda Express type of establishment than they are your normal sit-down Chinese restaurant.
