I really don't know anybody who doesn't love in and out the person I went with I had just met that day and as we pulled in the parking lot I made a comment saying something hope he's not a vegetarian turns out he was a vegetarian but even though they only have cheeseburgers and french fries there's a reason why they have such an incredible business and everybody loves them even vegetarians which is really saying something when they're only dish basically comes with meat originally but I don't want to confuse anyone you can get the cheeseburger without meat so it's just the bun with cheese and all the cold cuts which is what vegetarians do to my knowledge anyways the drive-through with jammed as always there was a line 5 people long and I think there were three tables left in the whole place but the service was spectacular the place had Immaculate cleanliness I cannot think of a single negative thing this is a company that goes the extra mile and every possible way the employees are above and beyond always and that's very rare to find these days. They don't have cable service in the typical sense but there was somebody walking around checking on each customer making sure they were happy with their food addressing them specifically and directly to see if all of their needs were met and if there was anything else that they needed or that this employee could get for them and I don't even think it was a manager at all it was just an employee who worked there so from the minute you walk in you are greeted at the door with a friendly smile and a few words the incredible smell of the food makes you hungry even if you aren't which I actually commented on to my friend and we went to wash our hands the bathroom is well-stocked and very clean and sanitary it is a 10 all the way around the only below average rating I would give is for the parking and that's because whenever you're by and In-N-Out everybody wants to be there so the parking is always a bit...
Read moreWe're here after church going to In-N-Out and as usual it's crowded which means that the food is really good good We had to wait on the side to merge into the line because the regular line went all the way to the street the order-taker his name was Christian was very nice and organized he had his pull into the line and stop the car so we can get into the line surprisingly the line went pretty fast does a slight hold up with the cashier and Charlie fixed everything so all the line keep moving again I like to thank him for his due diligence and keeping things going I made a joke about do I get free pickles for my wait he asked me would I like some pickles I told him I was just joking and and thanked him as always our order was correct and the food was delicious there's so many different places I go and eat mostly fast food of course and in and out will always stay high on my...
Read moreNothing special. And my boyfriend found a giant, wiry hair in his burger patty right as he was almost done with the burger. Watching him pull that out of his mouth has certainly turned me off In-n-Out for more than a while. And judging from his shocked and nauseated expression, he is too.
We couldn't bring ourselves to speak of it. A simple "...I'm done." "Yeah... Me, too." And tossed the rest of the food including my half uneaten burger.
Please for the love of God make your employees wear hair nets. I don't mean to be crass but this genuinely looked like a pubic hair. So disgusting. I get that they're always busy... But come on...
I don't see the mass appeal of In-n-Out anyway, but this coupled with the obscene lines for drive thru are more than enough to pass on the place. 👎
3 stars for service because they do keep a brisk pace with orders...
