Well when you drive 30 miles to go redeem your free coffee drink with a card full from buying drinks from this business u sit in the drive threw for 15 min get to window to order your drink and get told oh we are no longer taking those punch cards. That’s pretty crappy customer service. Should except punch cards regardless of moving to new location which is great you expanded. But to not except your own punch cards from old location is wrong and not good customer service. . So I will not drive out of my way again for this buissness I will go elsewhere and give my money to a buissiness that appreciates there...
