We've been here 2x. First time on my husband's birthday which I included on the reservation, told the hostess and told the waitress. They said Happy Birthday. We ordered the trash can nachos. They were really good but I don't think they'd be for everyone. Husband got the burger with bacon and mac and cheese on it. The burger seemed kinda small with a lot (like probably more than a cup) of finely shredded lettuce on top. It was good though. Fries were good too. My bbq ribs were fantastic, just enough bbq sauce on them and perfectly cooked. Mac and cheese side was again fantastic. Cole slaw was in the little metal cups ketchup usually comes in so maybe a 3 tablespoon serving but that was ok because it wasn't good. Cornbread was tiny but pretty good. Our waitress Jaz was so personable, only thing that could have been better is if they brought out a dessert or discounted the meal for my husband's birthday. Second visit was this last Saturday. It was a concert night so the menu was very limited. We lucked out getting Jaz as our waitress again. We ordered the chili cheese fry appetizer, it surprisingly came out about 2 minutes after ordering and was just ok, probably wouldn't order again. Husband ordered the turkey burger and I ordered the bbq chicken salad. Took over 30 minutes for meals to come out and the restaurant wasn't full. My husband's burger was the wrong 1. Took another 10 minutes to get the right 1. Once he did, it was probably the best turkey burger we've tried. My chicken salad was large and had a nice amount of toppings but I was disappointed the chicken was cold and definitely wasn't grilled or bbqed. For the mistake they did bring us a cupcake. The lady who brought it asked what we were celebrating. I was torn between saying my husband's birthday last time we were here or we're celebrating the bad service tonight but I kept my smart mouth closed. None of the problems were our waitresses error, they have different servers bring out all the food which I'm sure leads to lots of mistakes. She was awesome and even took off the appetizer. We'll be back again but definitely not on a Stir concert night. We saw people leaving because of the limited menu, I had wanted to leave. If they were going to make some changes, more tvs to watch football this fall. Have the waitress bring out meals. Lose the concert menu, it's too limited. Change the name of the bbq chicken salad to something else, people will expect hot freshly grilled chicken based...

The restaurant is nothing super fancy but I really like the decor and it was a relaxing environment. My son whom adores Guy..and we watch all of his shows was off the chain excited for this visit. I booked reservations on open table about 3 weeks in advance to ensure we could get in. We ordered the shotgun shells, the pizza rolls for appetizer. We had 5 people and each one is only 3 for about 17.00..so we split them. I was not a fan of the pizza rolls..they were really dry. The shells were different but tasty. We had the Iowa chop with mashed, big Mac burger, wagu burger and ribs with Mac n cheese. My burger was like 24 and it was a tasty burger..nothing I would go back and pay that much for again. My son was devastated as his burger was terrible. It was way over cooked and the Mac n cheese was awful on it. Microwave kraft tasted better then whatever they had going on. The Iowa chop was over cooked, so it was really dry. When we tried to send it back we were told that guy had very specific instructions on how it was to be cooked so they could not change it. The mashed potatoes were supposed to be garlic..I think they forgot the garlic and did extra milk as they were like soup on the plate. The ribs were fine. Sauce was better then most. Side of coleslaw was about 1 bite and Mac n cheese again was awful. The ombiance was cool and I gave 2 stars for the service as the waitress was great, when she came to the table.. which was the three times I had to flag her down. We sat in the bar area and there were 4 waitress complaining very loudly how slow it was ..yet I kept having to get their attention and the food took about 40 mins to get to the table from the time we ordered. There was only 1 other table in the entire place. Oh and the blood Mary was terrible. Looked cool with all the stuff in it.. but the bacon was covered in grease, like thick white grease, yes I tasted it bc I thought maybe it was butter.. but no. So it was a very expensive for poor food and adevastating meal for my son. My advice. Skip it in Iowa and check out the one in Vegas bc the 3 times I've been there in Vegas it was amazing..so I had high hope of taking my Omaha family to the new one.. but it didn't...

This restaurant is just about perfect. Service was excellent and wait staff was pleasant and friendly, joking with us and making suggestions along the way as we asked questions. We did not feel high pressure to order, or to leave, as in some other places we've have been guests.

The atmosphere was very nice. Music, nice booth, nice tables, even a bright sunny bar area which we did not sit in. We visited this restaurant three times while here and every time our service was excellent as well as our food. It is clear that service is of the utmost here.

One drawback that I felt, because of my need for specific dietary issues, it appears that everything on the menu has some form of sugar or grain in it. I did not see grain free options, or any item on the menu that did not contain some form of sugar. Unfortunately, this causes great stomach pain to me if I consume too much. The sauces, and mixes here were just about too much for me but, the tastes were exquisite.

Food presentation is impeccable. We eat with our eyes first! I ordered, my favorite now, the barbecue chicken chopped salad, topped with onion strings. The bourbon BBQ drizzle and ranch dressing was perfectly administered, yet not smothering or covering up all of the incredible flavors in that one dish! My husband ordered, at the recommendation of the waitress, the Onion Loaf. Wow! Boy, were we surprised when that came out! And, aside from the gut busting fried onions, it was delicious! One thing that I can never pass up on a menu is a good onion ring, and these should be experienced by everyone at least once.

Although I did not get a picture of it, the steak sandwich was also TDF! So many flavors bursting on my taste buds. This sandwich was large enough for my husband and I to share. We enjoyed every, drippy, oozing bite! Will definitely order...

Had an absolute amazing lunch! We tried Guy’s Kitchen+Bar in Harrah's Council Bluffs Casino and Hotel! It was such an amazing experience! The staff was so nice, and we had one of the best waitresses!!! Her name is Sarah! She is in the bar area! I recommend asking for her as a waitress! She made our first experience absolutely one to remember!!! Plus the food was amazing! Make sure when you try it, that you come hungry! We had the Outta Bounds Onion “Loaf” (it’s HUGE ! The only way to describe it is like a funnel cake style, but with onio rings with his BBQ sauce, and tangy ranch), My Husband had the Old Skool Steak Sandwich; and I had the Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Man it was so good! And So MUCH food! If you walk away hungry, you didn’t finish your food, and that is on you! Thank you again to our amazing waitress Sara! For making our Anniversary lunch one to Remember! And thank you to Guy’s Kitchen+Bar, for the amazing food! Definitely going to have another Date night with you guys! Can’t wait to see ya again!
