Chip's Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in Coventry Township

I been eating there chicken and jo jo and garlic bread and hot rice since I was a kid, i'm 38 now and there chicken and jo jo are so good i never cared about trying anything else until now, there pizza is absolutely horrible it's nasty all the way down to the doe and it made my stomach upset I forced myself to throw up the pizza it was that bad, and I never been inside but I heard from several people that has been in there that the place is dirty inside they don't properly clean but I can't confirm that part just the word from few that has been inside there, but back to there pizza I ordered a large with but pepperoni and sausage and they are so greedy with the toppings for 20 dollars for a large and don't even get the correct amount of toppings a large is suppose to have, there pizza is so awful it sould be a crime and the teenage mutant ninja turtles would be so disappointed with the pizza there too, the owner really needs...

I ordered for delivery a dark-meat chicken dinner with hot rice and jojos, and a capicola sub with jojos. First off, even for delivery, the price was very reasonable. The sub was tasty. And jojos are always wonderful, so full marks for that half of the order. The chicken dinner, however, was kind of meh. The hot rice was too soupy and not really spicy at all. And being from this part of Ohio, I measure the chicken against what you get at a Barberton chicken restaurant. It falls well short. It's not horrible, and most importantly, it wasn't dry. It just lacked something that makes some chicken dinners special. I feel comfortable giving that half of the order two stars. So that averages to three. I'll order again for sure, and maybe try their pizza, and jojos, of course. At these prices, buying two meals just for me won't put me in...

I have order here for years. I can remember at my birthday parties as a kid having chips. They are always fast, foods hot, and prices are good. Now for my 3 stars, I live in North Canton, my friend went to pick our order up and realized in the parking lot he forgot his wallet. He called me to tell me and I told him ask them if they would accept a card over the phone, like most carry out/ delivery places would... No the guy said it was a flat out no. So I then called the store and asked, he said it can only be paid over phone for deliveries... I asked can you put it in for a delivery and then you don't have to deliver it? He said he would lose his job and was very rude about it.... Idk if this is true but, I will no longer drive 30 mins out to Akron for Chips. There is more convient places close...
