EuroGyro- Portage Lakes (LAKEVIEW DRIVE- THRU) — Restaurant in Coventry Township

After being a life time patron and former employee of the original Europe Gyro pizza on exchange st near AU. This location is horrible. My experience today was offensive, alienating and the total opposite of what could be defined as customer service.

After waiting to order. I was told that what I wanted was not available or an option. Even though what I asked for was on their menu. After the person in charge took over taking my order

I got what I asked for and was told that the person before me was back on their first day in a year... not my grandma not my problem. Make sure your staff is trained.

While waiting for my food I overheard the kitchen staff talking about my order. One of whom I can only describe by his hideous appearance and manners or lack thereof...redhead, unwashed, unkempt beard and total lack of anything resemblance to what you would consider quality food service staff, Make derogatory comments about me and my order to my face.

Lost all trust in the meal and refused to eat the food they prepared. Received a refund but went home hungry...

I was surprised to be stopped at a traffic light and look over and see Euro Gyro this past week, had no idea, living in mogadore they were a mile away and ordered there 100s of times. Ok it's Friday night not cooking, I call 25 minutes later I barely arrived home, filed up my car with the most amazing smells almost pulled over to munch down. The Lamb Gryo was AWESOME! Chicken and Joe Joe's were amazing, ordered dark chicken, same coating flavor, perfectly cooked. If you pass this place by you missed out. Best 27 dollars I've every spend. Order anything there and try the pizza Its juicy. The onion rings, mushrooms are good for under 5 bucks. Gyros are banging! Chicken in my opinion better than KFC and cheaper. Please try the food if you like it tell a friend....

I'm really disappointed in my 4pc chicken and jojos with an extra side of jo Jo's. I ordered it through Doordarsh but my complaint is not temperature or accuracy it's quality. I spent $35 on super cheap chicken tenders and a few flat jojos with a side of bottom of the frozen bag of fries with some jojo seasonings. Seriously they were very thin and smaller than a French fry. That side was 5.99. The BBQ had no flavor atoll. I can't do spices or spicey and I'm saying there was 0 taste to it. The honey gold is just pure funky smelling honey mustard. I'll never order anything from this place and It's my first order ever. This was a total waste of money. I did take a picture of this...
