Burger King — Restaurant in Coventry

Burger King here me out here .it doesn't matter what time of day it is .it could be when you just opened or a few minutes before you close .how about you keep the quality of the food up to par . I ordered a rodeo burger,no onion rings .so it was a barbeque burger and u guys don't sell barbecue burgers .if I wanted a barbecue burger I would have made it myself .I have just got off of work and was expecting great food. It's a disgrace .add the onion rings or don't place the rodeo burger on the damn menu if u don't want to put down onion rings in the fryer. I love rodeo burgers and this was the worst .I mean I paid 2.36 for a burger ,bun and sauce .the worst part is I bought 4 of them all the same .2 for me ,two for my wife . I placed my drive thru order: 1 whopper jr with cheese, 3 orders chicken fries/sweet sour sauce and 1 small fries. Total was exactly $21.00. Really? $4.29 for a small fry?!?! Read on… First, I had to pull over and wait. Not a problem. It was around dinnertime, nobody else in line, but maybe an employee was on dinner break to screw up the speediness of my FAST FOOD desire. Unremarkable quality and service. Construction/design of interior has not changed since the 80's. Burgers tasted as if there were cooked and kept warm hours ago, as evinced by the wilted hot lettuce. Altoghet sloppy apoearance. Prices are competitive, but quality is lacking. Staff seem both unwelcoming and detached from any interest in serving customers. I cannot not imagine any benefit in passing a McDonalds or Wendys to get to this Burger King. Oddly, I had a similar experience at the other Burger King on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston.
