THE REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ My Monday night went like any other persons, filled with exhaustion from the first day or the week, and the undeniable hunger for a slice of the good stuff. My troubles started when I descended my walkway to greet the driver delivering my order. He indicated he was indeed, the bearer of what I thought would be a delicious chicken parm pizza. We exchange necessary conversation. So far so good. As I’m walking up to my residence, I observe him farther into the driveway. Perplexed, I stay to watch what he does next. For context, the drive way is straight back, nothing challenging enough to where turning around would be necessary. Boy, was I wrong with this one. Not only does my incompetent driver turn around on a already slightly narrows driveway, he backs up ON THE LAWN. At this point I’m fuming from the sheer stupidity this man exhibited, mind you, all while talking to his friend on the phone. Just straight disrespectful and idiotic. Anyways, the food. I open the pizza box to find the pizza dismembered and not a singular sliced pizza pie. Not only that, the two slices I managed to choke down barely held together in one piece. S*, I’ve made fresh pizza before at past employment and it was never as horrible as this turd encased in a cardboard sarcophagus. Utterly pathetic. The best part of the meal was the side of French fries I ordered for my SO, which at best can be described at day old fries you let in your fridge overnight from dinner. Stale, lukewarm, absolutely regretful. That sums up my experience with this “restaurant”, which is painful to even compare this place to. Let this be a cautionary tale, and one to educate you on how awful of an experience you may have to some varying...
Read moreLast night, I was using the Husky Pizza app to order a meal well before the advertised restaurant hours ended. I made the purchase or was allowed to make the purchase in the app and was charged in excess of $16.
When I went to go into Husky Pizza's Mansfield, CT location, the manager or owner perhaps was sitting in his vehicle with his window down telling me that they were closed because they "were slow that night." I asked him how it was that a customer who is using the app to order based on the advertised hours was to know that he decided arbitrarily to close early (restaurant closes at 9:00 pm and order was submitted online around only 8:20 pm). He simply said I should have called first, which is NOT my responsibility as the customer based on the hours advertised both online and in the app. I showed him the corresponding charge against my credit card and demanded to be reimbursed.
He was at best dismissive and said he would do it tomorrow, but he was irritated and surly about the request. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is using the Husky Pizza app delete it immediately and withdraw any future patronage from Husky Pizza of Mansfield,...

One of the worst grinders I’ve ever had. Ordered 12” cold cut combo, with everything on it. What showed up was far less than pitiful. 5 slices of meat, a smear of mayo and a handful of lettuce, that’s it nothing else. At 730 in the evening with three kids, not about to drive in and give the person who made it a piece of my mind. Very disappointed, as they usually have decent food and are the closest to me. Hopefully this finds the store owner or someone who can do something about this. These are the types of things that can put you out of business, to many incidents like this and you get a bad name. I will be very hesitant to order from you again. Next time I’m ordering out, the first thing that will pop into my head when I think husky will be this grinder.
