I go to this Burger King constantly. The girl manager is amazing and understands when I tell her that my daughter is on the autism spectrum and will not eat unless the chicken fries are fresh. But it has been twice where she is not there and someone else helps me, I ask them for fresh chicken fries due to my daughters sensory issues and will literally not eat them if they are not fresh. This is the second time that I go where they give me the top box fresh and the moment I get home, the bottom 3 chicken fries are stale, hard, almost burnt and you can tell they were done a long time ago. This is not okay. I’m nice all the time and the workers should be a little more considerate when you ask for fresh food for a specific reason. Specially when you even go and state that you have no issue waiting in the parking lot for the fresh food to come out. This is possible service and I hope this stops happening because due to my daughter’s autism, this is the only Burger King she will eat from. Please guys, this is not okay. To you, it’s a joke… to me, it’s dealing with my daughter crying for two hours because she bit into a chicken fry that was not fresh. Trust me when I say, it makes a difference to just care...
Read moreI’m very conflicted honestly. We come here often out of convenience as it’s close to both of our kids schools and they love it. When the food good it’s great. The inside of the restaurant looks clean as well as the outside. There’s always plenty of parking. The drive-through takes way too long and almost every time I go we have an issue especially if we are redeeming rewards. I went there last week and there was an issue with my card, they charged my card twice and when I needed it fixed three people came to the window at the cash register with their backs to me trying to figure it out. I had three screaming kids in my car plus like 20 cars behind me I yelled cancel it and left I didn’t receive not one French Fry, but they did not cancel my charge , they did not refund my money and when you try to get a hold of somebody, it’s next to impossible. We give up our weeknds to be at Burger king. Employees Doesn't feel appreciated. We have families to kids. We need the job. I strongly feel all managers and employees are under pay.
