I don't come here for customer service... I come for PIZZA! Honestly, I've never had a problem with the staff. Sure, they may be quick and dry, but I'm always grateful for their haste and service. Sure, there can sometimes be a wait. But detractors are idiots to think that lunch or dinner hours may not be busy in some form.
Got a mini van with screaming kids and sticky cup holders? Buy a frozen pizza and teach your kids a little about patience in the kitchen. Running out of time for your lunch break from work? Should've managed your time better. Feeling adventurous and want to add additional toppings not included on the Hot n Ready? Get out. My point is this franchise delivers small staff, thrift food, and a trusted assembly line pizza model is nothing to complain about. Little Caesar's has become synonymous with quick food at the best price!
As far as this location is concerned, pizza is always satisfactory! The crust is usually a little bit more toasted than other locations, which I love! The Crazy Bread is buttery and cheesy! Specialty pizzas are usually recommended by the staff; I desperately miss the pretzel crust pizza with nacho cheese and the meaty Smokehouse pizza with barbecue sauce! Yum AF! The little sauce cups are a great addition to any pizza or bread stick order. I rarely buy soda from Little Caesar's as it is a bit overpriced. I usually find myself stopping at a nearby dollar store picking up a 3 liter Shasta for the family anyway. But sometimes you just gotta pay a bit more for the convenience of the Little Caesar's soft drink selection.
I give this place 5 stars because I get just what I expect; hot food and simple service that won't break my budget. Keep it up, Covina...
Read moreHorrible experience. Lunch combo special advertised for $4 on TV and also on their counter inside store. Cashier said $5 each. I showed her where it said $4. She asked another staff member for assistance. She said sale is over. I said I just watched commercial last night and showed the advertised price on their counter. Again she said sale was over, I said ok but you should honor $4 price and remove it from counter. She said she had to make a call. She took a long time. She finally said no sale price. I said that is wrong. It's not about the money. The sale price should be honored. I walked out of store. When I got in my car, they were desperately trying to remove the sale price from their counter. All this for a $1. If the franchise owner knew about this that's shameful. Lose a customer for $1. If you go to a market and an item has a sale price, it's honored even if the sale is over. It's just not right. This was at 11:30 this morning and to top it off they said the wait would be 15 minutes. Shouldn't they be already prepared for lunchtime crowd. Crazy poor customer service!!! Good...
Read moreGreat service and great pizza… within reasonable expectation of a cheap pizza chain that is usually flooded and backed up by the most discourteous and rude customers I’ve seen anywhere. I often hear them complain about promptness in the lobby and I’m like… look around idiot, it’s PACKED in here and people are collecting both mobile delivery and portal orders so who knows how much they have to do and it’s not like they have infinite oven back there. Customer brain has got to be the most dried up dead space that exists in the universe, if not for actual space and space voids. The customers, especially at this store have nothing going on behind their spiteful eyes. Personally, the wait… I can’t hold that against the store. It’s even harder to hold it against them when the pizza is dank - I love how saucy the za is here! Can’t speak on the sides as I believe the price to be a big fat turbo ultra RIP but that’s a corporate issue. Damn, I’m kinda getting a hankerin for a supreme pie...
