The Koffie Knechtion — Restaurant in Covington Precinct

This is an amazing little coffee shop! The Koffie Knechtion offers a cozy cottage-like atmosphere inside, and the owners are extremely friendly and are very fun to talk with. My first time in, they helped me make a decision over what to get, and they were very open about how they made things and what options I could choose. It was a really refreshing experience. Also, prices for drinks weren't too bad, cheaper than Starbucks with most items. Furthermore, the coffee shop is a place you want to be. The indoor part is cozy and set up as a great place to study or talk, while the outside is composed of beautiful flowers, a small barn, and a couple pergolas. Additionally, there is outdoor seating all over the place, from small intimate tables to large group seating under the pergolas. This place slays. I do not have enough time to tell you all of the reasons that I love the Koffie Knechtion. Their food is homemade and incredible. I cannot get away from ordering these steel cut oats with fruit and so many other goodies. Their quiche, pastries, biscuits and gravy, oh my God the breakfast sandwich, and basically anything I have had is so good. Their coffee is delicious, and they have all the espresso drinks you could want. The shop itself is cozy and very homelike. The outdoor space is so nice if the weather allows. In the summer they have live music, craft shows, and more. Oh, and they also have two airbnb properties on their grounds. One is a treehouse, and the other is a hobbit house! How flipping cool?! A great owner-operated coffee shop with extremely good coffee sourced from Rosie’s Roastery (or something like that, a great local roaster!). The space is homey and offers multiple different seating areas from booth to couch. It resembles the shared lodge space at a ski resort, perhaps because there is a bed and breakfast owned by the same family on the premises!
