Biddy's — Restaurant in Covington

I’ve seen on Covington Facebook page that this place has the best wings in town. I was very disappointed. I’ll start by saying the restaurant was very clean but when I walked in the tv’s were all too loud. I customer service was pleasant I was greeted and welcomed as I walked in the door. This was my first time here so I wanted to look over the menu quickly. I thought the pieces were a bit high but with inflation going on I understood. I ordered 5 wings with fries platter which comes with a jumbo drink. To my surprise I had waited 20 minutes for my order and I know it don’t take that long to cook this platter. I also notice that all the female staff behind the wall had no hair net on and none of them had their hair pulled back. When I finally got my food I wasn’t able to check it out as I was already running late to work. When I finally opened the box, it was still hot but filled with fries and 5 party size wings and my dipping sauce aaa not in the bag. The wings were fried too long so it wasn’t able to obsorb the garlic parm flavor I ordered. 10.99 plus tax for fries?? I could have gone to nasty wing spot and gotten more. Went for the FIRST time on yesterday 5/27/23. We went to what we thought was the “drive up window” and we were met with a guy (who we later found out was the manager) who said pick up orders only. We let him know that it was our first time visiting. He then pointed to the sign and said see pick ups only. We pulled out to park so that we could order. After ordering we got back in line. We were told it would be 15-20 min. 30 min later the same guy comes out to give us our food. We ordered and were told that we should try the fried green tomatoes with buddy sauce. When receiving the bag we looked inside and saw that we had received ranch. We let the “manager” know that we wanted buddy sauce. He said you received ranch so I’ll have to charge you. We let him know we were never asked what type of sauce we needed. He said well you already have it and touched it! It’s like we had to plead with the guy over something as SMALL as a sauce replacement! Not to mention we had already told this guy we’ve never been to the restaurant before. This was one of my favorite places to go and it's close to my home. I go so much that I know what time they stop taking orders. Thos particularly night wasn't a good service and the cashier made me feel uncomfortable. Tje cashier was cleaning up when I entered tje facility and when she ask me can she.take my order I said okay but she still.had gloves on that she was using to clean up. Okay now I thought she would have taken them off but she didn't..I said to myself okay well she just taking the order she wasn't cooking. So she preceded to give me my drinks cup and I noticed her touching the top of the lid. I politely said I will get my lid because I don't know how clean you gloves are she looked at me and said oh they are clean. I thought to myself now how do I kmow this? Okay she goes to the back and tells the other employees and I heard what she was saying about me and I could tell by the looks of the cooks face she was talking about me.
