Dixie Chili — Restaurant in Covington

Great food and will always be my favorite chili but the girl who takes your order is very unprofessional. Tries to joke with you when you order and thinks its funny but its not. I went to order my meal and i asked if i could get a 3 way and she kept telling me "No" With a serious face so i was taken back. She then told me i had to answer a question before i could order my food?? Then i learned that when my boyfriend and his friends were there awhile back she did the same thing to his friend. She said she wouldn't take his order so he took her serious and he stormed out. She then said she was joking..... Not funny at all, be more professional when taking...

The woman running drive through was incredibly rude, interrupted me, and would not give me so much as a hello. Most of the interaction she was just dead silent. My debit card with 1100 dollars on it "declined" (there is literally nothing on my bank statement saying any charge was ever attempted to be processed), they would not try it again and tried to slam the drive through window shut before I could give them a different card (or, god forbid, ask them to try the same one again.)

The food at this place is fine but having gone there frequently over the years (it's in my backyard) I can guarantee you that you will have a better time at literally any other...

To start with I pulled up to the drive-thru at Covington Dixie Chili waited for them to come and answer for my order then they said right off the bat can you wait a minute till I finish this order and left me sitting there for a while when I ordered three chili cheese sandwiches heavy onion no mustard I got the three chili cheese sandwiches but the heavy onions definitely were not heavy very few light cheese and a chili was dry tasting I think I will continue to go to the Newport Dixie Chili I'm suretheSarakasannls brothers would be disappointed with the service and the food there I may have spelled...
