They have spent time and money on the roof where people can eat outside. Part of that build has a sign that hangs down over the walkway from the roof. I parked my car and walked towards the window to retrieve my order and busted my forehead on the sign. Just by walking in the walkway. Im 5,11, and ran square into it. Scratched my forehead with minimal blood. What hurts more is my neck. It was thrown back upon impact. I was wearing a hat, luckily.. if I didn't have the hat on, I'd be busted open for sure. This issue will happen again. Anyone who is 5,9, or taller will run the risk of bumping their head. Almost as bad is the lack of empathy I received from the workers. No apologies, no checking to see if I was alright. They just closed the windows and went about their day as if nothing had happened. I am a long-time Peaselburg homeowner and was excited for the new business. I hoped nothing but the best for them. I will never patronize this establishment again unless this sign is raised or removed. I will also discuss this at our neighborhood meetings to encourage other residents to go elsewhere. Like Olla or Zapata for Mexican food from Covington establishments. Didn't eat the food.. lost my appetite. My daughter said her food was fine. I posted a Pic of the sign. It's the white sign.

This place needs WAY more attention. This is some of the best Mexican I've had and the pricing is great. To start, they have so many options of protein that even the pickiest of eaters could find one to eat and based on what my group had I'm sure it would be fantastic. Next is they have Tacos, tortas, burritos, sopas you have plenty of options for what to add the protein you choose too. I got the barbacoa, carnitas, and quesa-birria and each taco was bursting with flavor from both the meat and the salsa on the side I added on. Price wise 3 tacos and a Mexican coca cola for $15 especially at the quality level it was, is shocking and really made it feel like money well spent. If you are in the Cincinnati area and want some incredible Mexican food this is a must visit.

If you’re looking to have authentic tacos and tamales, this is a must visit. I can’t believe it’s taken me living 2 years in NKY to find Taco Xpress! After living in Chicago for years, I’ve struggled to find fresh authentic tamales and they did not disappoint. Quesabirria tacos were hot, juicy, and just the right amount consommé to smother some rice in. The price for quality is spot on, the food is fresh and portions are generous. The outdoor seating was great and it was a peaceful dinner in quiet Peaselburg. Happy to support a local business and will be back again to try other options.

My husband and I had heard rumors that this hole-in-the-wall walk up taco place was really good. We love good, authentic Mexican food so we had to give it a try.

First, there is no dining room. On a nice day, you can sit outside but it’s not really an experience. So consider this place for take out

I ordered two tacos on corn tortillas; the carnitas and the al pastor. I also ordered Guac. My husband got the pollo burrito.

So, they don’t have chips. Hmmm. But Guac without chips? Ok. Thankfully we had chips at home.

NOT your boring Chipotle Guac which is basically just mushed avocado. This Guac was so good! It had onions and tomatoes and was really good

My tacos were very flavorful. The al pastor was well flavored and enjoyable. But the carnitas was delicious!! I will definitely get them again

My husband enjoyed his burrito though I couldn’t get much feedback since his mouth was full - often.

We live very close to this place so we will support them often and try other items.

I do recommend that they add chips to their menu....
