It has all the recipes for an amazing hole-in-the-wall restaurant and all the risks for a place that will give you food poisoning. They said they're doing a remodel, but that's no excuse for the terrible fish smell (and taste in the shrimp and fries) that hits when you open the door and the sticky tablecloths. The lady running the store is nice and polite. But I asked for my fish to be well done. It wasn't the fish was still slimey aka not edible for me.
