Was a mess up with the website/app sending my Brownsville TN order to Covington. I was suppose to be there to pick up at a set time so we tried calling three times. We were sent to voicemail. So when we got there we walked in to 1 person waiting on their order and a young man at the window. About 5 to 7 other walking around doing things in the back and no one spoke to us. One young man came out and walked past us not speaking at least 5 times completely ignoring us. The customer waiting made a comment no one helped him for 10 minutes so he wasn't surprised at my wait to be spoken too. After 10 minutes and several attempts to get the young man walking past us attention the young Man named Arron at the window asked if he could help. I told him he was the 1st to speak to us, that we'd been ignored. He apologized and we told him our website situation and he got our large order and still apologized again. You need more employees like Arron and to get rid of staff that ignores customers. Worked in customer service 25+ years and never would this behavior been acceptable. There were 4 cars come through that Arron was busy with while everyone else ignored the front. That's not good business. Will definitely go back to Brownsville if this is Covingtons way of treating...
Read moreI went to the Covington location on 7/6 and order 4 large pizza for my familly 2 pepperoni and 2 sausage, the pepperoni was fine but the sausage only had sausages on 4 slices and the rest had no meat. I didn't realize it until I got to Brighton. I didn't complain but the next day I wanted to order 4 more again for the kids and I ask the lady at the drive thru to make sure there is meat on all slices. She told me the it was not guaranteed that they can put meat on all slices. I ask for a supervisor she said she was the supervisor. I feel like if I pay for a sausage pizza that it should have sausage on all slices. I never heard such thing. I don't live here I live in Florida and we never had this problem. The pizza crust(bottom) seemed raw or so thin you could literally see through it, it wasn’t cut, and either the crust pounded away from the pizza or the pizza couldn’t come off the bottom of the box. The box itself was soaked with grease… and we didn’t get our 2L. The bread sticks weren’t fully cooked either, you could literally see the wet, raw dough. I took the order back and was met with an attitude from the manager, who wanted to argue that the pizza was cooked but now has to make another pizza because she touched it.
