Taco Bell — Restaurant in Covington

I have been to this location probably 5 times now with the hope that the experiences would get better but unfortunately this location is only getting worse. The last time we went was the final straw. My wife and I ordered black bean Crunchwrap supreme, Potato soft taco, Regular Crunchwrap supreme, 3 crunchy taco supreme and 2 orders of the Cinnabon delights. First off we get our food and before I drive off I grabbed a Cinnabon Delight only to find the inside was frozen upon taking a bite. I then politely let the staff know at the window and they started preparing a new order of the Cinnabon delights for us. While we waited my wife and I decided to start eating our other food. My wife who is vegetarian ordered the black bean Crunchwrap and I ordered the beef Crunchwrap. Thankfully the staff labeled the wrapper so that we could distinguish which one was which only to our surprise as we took a bite of them both they had labeled them incorrectly. My wife who is vegetarian got a big mouth full of Taco Bell beef. As I got my beef crunch wrap supreme and continued trying to eat my Crunchwrap had the texture of trying to eat through a paper plate. The tortilla was extremely hard and barely filled with ingredients making it ineditable. My hard taco supremes were made very poorly as if made with little to no care at all for the customer. Upon having all of these issues and patiently waiting for our new Cinnabon delights to be made, the young man at the window, handed us our new Cinnabon delights, but only handed us one pack when we ordered two packs. I then let him know that we were supposed to have an additional pack and he went and got for us. As we left and pulled out of the parking lot, I went to take a bite of the new Cinnabon delights only to bite in to the wrong kind. We ordered the regular and got the Carmel filled ones. Initially I had an issue at the drive-thru the machine wasn't working and I couldn't hear anybody and no one could hear me but the young kind gentleman at the window 'Julius' was an answer prayer I'm pregnant and I really can't handle stress right now but it was totally stress-free he smoothed out ironed out every single issue and didn't make me wait and took my order like a kind gentleman like a total pro and I absolutely want him to get some credit for it... full appreciation 5 star review... dont even care what they put in my bag, he did great and it to be known that he was very kind and gracious over the fact that I didn't order at the sign. Also compliments to the team who worked hard and effectively getting my order out to me.. still not sure and don't care if it's correct. Bc I genuinely appreciate this experience as I very much needed to get my nourishment and check this late at night thank you so much Taco Bell I'm so grateful for your arrival here in Covington excellent location excellent team thank you thank you. The first time I came to this particular taco bell location, I swore to myself that I would never come back because of the lousy service and how long it took. After a while, probably 6-8 months, I decided to give them another try since they are right on my way home from work. Now I remember why I swore to never return. I thought this time would be better because I did a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes before leaving my work. Upon arrival, I waited an additional 25 minutes for my food. Mobile orders are supposed to be quicker because you order ahead of time. After waiting in my vehicle for my food to be ready (I was checking the order tracker), I finally got tired of waiting and decided to go inside to ask. I stood there for almost 15 minutes, with employees seeing me and making eye contact, before anyone tried to assist me or greet me or anything.
