The Boutique Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Covington

This place is a scam! I swear friends and family gave this place 5 stars. We went there to dine in and the lady/cook/owner or whatever the hell she was blasted music so loud that it made us change the order to to-go instead. By the time we got home and got ready to eat our food it literally looked like hospital food and nothing like the pictures posted. We ordered two cheeseburgers and literally threw them away.
