I will begin by stating that my review is not based on the food, but the quality of service received. The pizza itself was delicious and we had no complaints about it.
Where the problem comes in is with the service, in particular our waiter. He took our drink orders and then abruptly walked off. He never once came back to refill drinks - we had to stop him to get a refill and he didn't bother asking if anybody else needed one. He seemed much more interested in chatting with his friends in the restaurant than bringing to-go boxes or checking if we needed anything. We must have waited at least 10 minutes after finishing eating while he sat at the next table talking, before bringing boxes and the check. Three separate small pizzas were ordered and he overcharged one of them and didn't split the check correctly. Also I might add, he did this with attitude. Rather than hassle with him about the check, we paid it and left.
It's too bad the food was good, because after this type of service I doubt...
Read moreI am not the one to usually complain about businesses. I am very easy to please. My entire family ate here. (5 people) the waitress was nice & service was great & that was the only good thing about this experience. 1. Refills are not free.. (keep in mind they fill it all the way up with crushed ice & very little drink -- half of our bill was the drinks) 2. No Appetizers. I waited on the rest of the crew to get there with no app option whatsoever. The salad options looked less than appetizing. Who eats only lettuce? Not many options on the paper menu you're given. Anyway, 3. Three slices of pizza were burnt on each pizza we ordered. 4. No crust or burnt crust. Mainly only toppings & no crust on bottom. (I'm a crust lover) extremely disappointed. 5. I am hungry & there are 2 big leftover pizzas in my fridge I paid for and ordered from Pizzaman that are so bad I have decided to cook tonight & throw...
Read moreI am 34 now. I haven't been to this restaurant since a was about 12. At that time I was going through a very intense childhood. Mom was on husband #2 and he had more issues than mom. But in all that chaos.I can still remember how nice it was to go to this place. The atmosphere in this place how nice it was to watch the Pizza Man throw flower at the glass. It was an island of joy in a sea of fear. Not to mention the pizza was so good. Mom would order a salad with sardines. Which was actually really good. Most pizza places you go to now days have a frozen dough that they just stick in an oven you will know that your pizzas being made whenever you watch them make it chopped vegetables and all that right for you. I think they had a couple of arcade games back then. Anyway if you have never been you really must. I suppose every town,City has a place like this. It is really an...
