Updated Review: This location has become my favorite place to get My Iced Vanilla Bean Latte!!! Was there about 11:30 this morning and the staff is so friendly and completely awesome!!! They definitely have a regular customer in me!!!i tried leaving a 2nd review but i just had to add to my other review from weeks ago!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Everyone is giving them a hard time. They just opened & are getting hit with tons of people. I just went & had some things missing. But instead of giving them a hard time I went inside & let them know. The employees were AMAZING about it! They were gems. So apologetic. Offered me extra items. Super sweet. Fixed everything I needed fixed. I’m giving them five stars because mistakes happen. They are human too. In those mistakes they were so kind & made the experience better. Just check your items & if you have something missing or wrong.. go back through & tell them. They will fix it. Remember kindness...

We went thru the drive thru to get 2 coffees and one frappe, 15 mins later still had 4 cars in front of us, not moving at all, we decided to walk in because no one was inside, after i got into the store explained we were in the drivethru and decided to come in. They couldn't find the order, had to redo it, still 29 mins later no drinks, we got a refund and left, went somewhere else, took 7 mins total to get the same drinks.
