I went through drive thru and the lady taking my order greeted me so friendly it was such a refreshing change to other places I'd been lately..I placed my order making sure that I was just as kind and respectful to her..qhen I got to the window she greeted me again with a nice smile and warm welcome..took my payment and when she gave me my food she insured that I had everything I needed..I asked for some grape jelly and she very bubbly said sure..got my jelly and thanked me for coming! It was so nice to finally be treated like this at a restaurant!! I wish I had gotten her name!! My food was simple..gravy and biscuits for the hubby and a plain biscuit with grape jelly and an order of tater rounds for myself..and all of it was fresh and warm and neatly placed in the bag..I mean this was 5 star...
Read moreLeft one star because I couldn't leave a big zero. I eat at tudors almost every day, but not anymore. I stood at the counter waiting to order for over 10 min, came my turn to order and the lady behind the counter starts taking orders from the guy beside me that had just walked up to the counter, at that point I told them I had been standing there for 15 min, told them I was good and walked out without ordering anything.....I know friends and relatives are important, but my money spends just as good. This employee had seen me standing there alone several times, it's not like she didn't know I was next to order. VERY rude, doubtful if I'll be stopping at tudors anymore. I work six days a week up here and always eat at least two times, guess I'll be going on up the road a little...

Ordered country breakfast and country steak dinner both was served ice cold and you couldn't cut the steak with a chain saw.Returned it to waitress and she had to call the manager At HOME to see what action to take.This was at 4:30 in evening dinner time and just 1 waitress and cook working waitress was working counter AND drive through plus they were having heated words with each other.The waitress explained to us both she and cook were new as she tried to smooth things over.I have been a long time customer and never experienced this kind of service so my question is this Why was there no management on duty especially with 2 new employees??? Don't think me or my family will be visiting this Tudor's again.Put some help in to take care of your...
