I have a passion for coffee. I've tried it from many places as we travel, I like to get great coffee grown and roasted in different places in different ways and experience all the great notes of flavor, and I also like to try just regular plain old lattes from any coffee shop as it's a fast way to gauge truly how good their stuff is, and whether they know what they're doing or not.

The gentleman who is very likely to be serving you, or that you'll see behind the counter or in the kitchen working, is a truly knowledgeable and passionate coffee connoisseur. In a brief conversation with him, he was all too happy (when there weren't other customers in line) to have a pleasant discussion with me about the coffee they sell. He will sell you the same beans they use, describe why they picked the beans they use, and describe in great detail where the notes of flavor come from. He will even help walk you through how to get a good grind consistency (which I know from having a very high end espresso machine and dedicated grinder at home). He knew the right temperature to heat the milk to without scalding it for optimal flavor, and the right amount of BAR's of pressure to extract a good shot of espresso with by getting the right amount of coffee into the portafilter with the right grind size. I can tell he has clearly dedicated the time to getting optimal shots of espresso and has a large knowledge base of the growing and roasting of coffee.

He's also truly passionate about it. The coffee may or may not be for you, you may like to have flavored syrup in your latte, and they're all too happy to oblige. If you want fine coffee, I truly believe you will get it here. Plus, try the PB Mocha, it absolutely blows the doors off of anything else in town. I challenge any coffee shop in the country to be this good. Very good place, and not to dismiss the work they put into their breakfast foods, I do believe they prepare most or everything they sell with concern to their breakfast pastries. If they're reselling anything and not preparing it themselves, they at least picked some premium items that...

Delicious, fresh, wholesome, everything is made from scratch, my son wanted a chocolate milk it wasn't on the menu but they made him a chocolate milk anyway, the Pop-Tarts are amazing as well as the cheesecake (seemed a bit pricey to pay $7.50 for a slice of cheesecake but it was well worth it the quality of the cheesecake was amazing and it was a humongous slice) the beverages are made fresh and to order better than Starbucks or the daily rise in my opinion, the decor and atmosphere are relaxing and inviting they have a chess table available if you want to go in and kill some time, the staff is extremely friendly and social, the only two things I would suggest is fixing the step at the entrance by the road I almost tripped coming into the building I did not realize it was there no big deal though, and maybe having a drive-through service would be very convenient and compete with the daily rise and other places that sell coffee. If there was six stars I would give it six this place is a must go whether you're a local or just...

I have 50/50 feelings about this place.. We chose this coffee spot over the others for the advertised biscuits and gravy on Saturday and when we arrived they were sold out at 11:45am.. I ordered a Carmel latte extra hot 12oz, and received a 16oz regular hot to lukewarm. The 2nd order was a peppermint late 16oz and we received an extra hot 12oz that tasted horrible. It was shocking because of how good mine was, and then tasting the peppermint was like adding licorice alcohol to it is how I can best explain the taste. They clearly mixed up our drinks after the order was placed. Can’t say if it was their POS system or human error .As an avid coffee shop consumer this one is a hit or miss.. next time I’m in Craig I’ll try another coffee place and perhaps give this one a second chance. We ordered a lemon poppy seed and it was okay. Nothing special. The atmosphere was nice. The music was really loud in my opinion. Nice customer service,...

Best Quiche Ever! I've had the ham and veggie quiche before and it was loaded with chunks of ham. Then today I had the mushroom and spinach quiche and it was just as delicious! Their quiche is so creamy and the crust is perfect. I like everything I've had here, and I've tried it all from the chicken sandwich at lunch to the Sunny Day smoothie for a snack. I love this family owned and operated coffee shop. Good food and drinks, friendly service, clean establishment. (Updated two months later with a better picture of the quiche. This slice was ham and bacon and it was awesome!)

Come visit this coffee shop!! This is such a nice, well-run, high-quality coffee shop and breakfast spot that even has reasonable prices. It has beautiful live-edge tables, great atmosphere, kind and friendly staff, and Christian values. Yes you can eat-in or takeaway coffee, breakfast, and lunch. This is a great option if you’re in the area and need to do some remote working, bring your laptop for great coffee, a place to sit and work, with free wifi. We highly recommend!
