Jumbo Buffet — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

The food was satisfying, properly cooked, and reasonably priced. The flavors weren't world class, however it wasn't bland either and there was no problems with anything being soggy or burned. Of everything I had, I have to point out that the black pepper chicken was really good. There's a good selection of items available, including desserts and a sushi bar. Overall I'd say the food is probably 3.5/4 stars. Of course food is only one aspect of every restaurant, and I'm leaving a 5 star rating because the workers there are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The man at the take out counter made sure to ask if I needed any plasticware or sauce, and put a fortune cookie in the bag with my container of food without being asked. Let me just say, I've been to other Chinese places where none of these things are offered to customers getting takeout.. and if you take the initiative to request anything they become quite irritated that you dared to ask for a plastic fork or fortune cookie to go with your meal. (Basically they're cheap and don't want to give you anything for free.) Jumbo Buffet is one of the best Chinese Buffets that I've been to outside of Erie. Thanks for a good meal, great customer service, and not giving me food poisoning like other places...

Came here 2 hours before closing went up and got food and sat down was here for 15 ish minutes they had run very low on food after hour they had no food and service was terrible. Asked the lady if there was any more food the lady told me and the people I was with that they can make the food for us but they are not going to put more food out. The food was dried out. More people came inside and saw how little food they had and left. A group of 7 people came in and asked if they had more food the lady said yeah. My mom told the guy in the group of 7 that they don't have anymore food and they are not going to be putting anything out. The group of 7 left after finding this out. I would say I wish I had left arriving here and walking around the very small buffet and thinking that they were going to bring out more food to no avail. Other buffets I have been to run low and bring food out I will never come back here. Also the food was nasty my Dad said the soup was watered down and tasted weird, bad service and a dirty bathroom with no toilet paper anywhere no soap or no paper towels to dry my hands with. I will never return and the people that were with me agree on how bad this place was. The price is not worth it and being charged for...

I have never been so disappointed in my life. This place should be ashamed to serve food and be shut down. If anyone gets food bourne illness the date today is 9/5/2022 and I ate that stuff around 5:30pm. They know how old their food is, they have to know they are making people sick. Saving a buck on food cost. I paid 35 dollars to get sick. Literally vomiting. I didn't complain to anyone because there was only one lady working and whats the point anyway. The sad thing is, the place had a decent amount of locals and children. I garuntee half of them are going to sick the other half are going to have regrets. I love buffets for the variety, not a single thing was fresh or tasted good. As a matter of fact everything tasted off, even our fountain drinks. If your looking for a buffet, literally go anywhere but here. Don't get sick like I did. I'll never know what made me sick because nothing is labeled and I tried too many things. I only review places that earn it. For better or for worse. This review is a warning. I hope I don't wake up in the middle of the night to vomit even more.
