Mong's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

I have taken my twins here at least 20x in the past year and over 10 just this season alone. I have been treated very rudely! First of all there are always young kids alone with no managerial supervision. I have paid 30+ dollars on 2 occasions for food and my milkshake for my son was forgotten! This weekend I had to go back to get it again and the girl slammed it so hard on the counter and rudely glared at my son and I. It was their fault not mine they forgot it. Also the cook was swearing profusely all over and did nit have a hair net on. Very gross!! We will be taking our many many visits elsewhere with a professional atmosphere and no health...

I ordered a med hot fudge Sunday 2 different scoops of ice cream. The dimwitted working screwed up the oeder so bad. The ice cream was melted. The wrong flavors and delivered with attitude. I took it back and got my money back. I worked for years at an ice cream place. I hope I am the only one she screwed today.

No easy way of saying it, the only reason they’re making money is due to convenience. This ice cream stand is located off a main road, fortunately for them.
