Worst experience at a McDonald’s due to employees. Order was slightly incorrect, which I thought would be a easy fix (giving me my fries) as someone who has worked in fast food. But no, employee brings me my fries 🍟 with her hand in the back of my carton, hands touching my fries and all (no gloves). Mind you we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Asked for a new one and explained why and the lady throws the fries. Then the manager comes to ask me what happened, so I tell her, and the manager looks at me as if I did something wrong. Then asks me to pull forward and she’ll bring the fries out. The employee who threw the fries I did not want brings the fries out, does not apologize or anything, just hands me the fries. The manager should have brought them out, I don’t know what the employee could’ve did to me food on her way out as she was clearly mad I didn’t accept this unacceptable etiquette. Manager did not apologize for this experience either. Next time do it right the first time and it won’t be an issue. I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food all throughout my teenage years and some of my early adulthood and never would I do that, not even if a customer was actually being rude, etc., I would still do what I’m supposed to at the end of the day because it’s my job. Don’t like it? Don’t work there. Moral of the story, don’t play with people’s food they’re paying for. I’ll never come here again, luckily I was only...
Read moreNever been here without an issue. Tried drive through and inside kiosk. Drive through should have been simple.. couple kids meals with no sauce and one regular meal. Was asked at the window if this order was correct.. It was not so I corrected the order. Yet at the next window, the incorrect order, that I tried to correct, was given to me.
Next experience was the kiosk/staff inside. Kiosk did not accept cards so had to go to the counter. The meal was served without my cups/drinks. One of my meals was also missing french fries, had to wait for french fries after my meal was supposedly complete. Not only did I have to wait for the french fries, but the french fry container was only half full and they were not salted at all! I had to wait in line again to ask for salt. Then I noticed we didn't receive straws, I had to wait in line again for straws. I watched a couple other customers approach the counter with issues. I understand staffing shortages, but at least complete an order. I would rather wait 30 seconds for an absolute complete order, then spend another 2 to 3 minutes waiting in line to correct the issues that should never...
Read moreI walked into the restaurant around 3:00 PM. There were 2 young girls behind the counter, one was face timing her boyfriend on her iPhone, while the other girl was looking at the phone and asking her who she was talking to? She said her boyfriend, who was in the parking lot as they both laughed. I waited for at least 8-10 minutes for one of them to ask me what I wanted to order but, neither one acknowledged me. The manager looked right at them but, never said a word to them about taking care of the customers or getting off the phone while myself and other customers were waiting to place an order. If I were the manager, both of them would have been fired on the spot and, if I were on my phone, which I would never be so rude as to do while placing an order, I'm sure they would have not taken my order until I got off the phone. Common Courtesy but, these two girls had none what so ever and, the manager acted very unprofessionally as well. I walked out of the restaurant and, so did the customers behind me. I will never visit that McDonald's ever again, not even from the drive...
